    Talking cycle what do u think

    2nd cycle what do u think deca 400mg week x10weeks with sustanon750mg week x10week with anabol30mg day x 7weeks i want to gain 10-20lbs mass iam 6ft 190lbs

    2nd cycle of 750sustanon and 7weeks of anabol
    i'd do 500sustanon and 4-5weeks of anabol
    it's just too much

    I agree 500mg a wk of sus is great. I know you probally already have done 500mg of test but don't bump it up yet.
