Hi, i'm in my fourth week of a sus & deca cycle 'n' going pretty good so far, here are my gains, i would have posted week 1 & 2 but I lost the results

Week 3
Neck - 17 1/2
Chest - 37 1/2
Left Forearm - 11 1/2 Right forearm - 11 1/2
Left Bicep - 13 1/4 Right Bicep - 13 1/2
Left Thigh - 19 Right Thigh - 19 1/4
Left Calf - 15 Right Calf - 15

Week 4
Neck - 17 1/2
Chest - 39 1/2
Left Forearm - 11 1/2 Right forearm - 11 1/2
Left Bicep - 13 1/2 Right Bicep - 13 3/4
Left Thigh - 20 Right Thigh - 20 1/2
Left Calf - 15 Right Calf - 15

i'll be doing some pics at the end of me cycle, it's my first & everyday people are telling me I'm getting bigger, i love it when i see people that I ain't seen for ages & they like "fucking hell, how'd ya get so big"
