That format looks good - comprehensive, yet simple. One possible entry to add may be "goals" or something similar. In most cases (but not all) it should be obvious from the cycle if it is a cutting or bulking cycle. But some members may want to be more focused, like "generally gains mass, but particularly in shoulders for this cycle" or "need to add 60 lbs to bench". That may also allow some of the more experienced guys to help out others by tweaking their cycle at the beginning or suggesting particular exercises or routines. Then again I understand we would want to keep the format as simple as possible.

good point juiceon. I like the goals section on the first post for the thread. It can be left as just general goals, that way it isn't too complex and require too much explanation. I think replys with suggestions will be submitted by everyone (postitive and negative) regardless if they want it or not.

    OK, looks pretty good.
What about diet? Maybe average cal/protien intake. or maybe members would just say, i eat like shit 50% of the time(Mcdonalds, pizza, ect) or i live on chicken, tuna, protien shakes, ect.
I think that the way a oerson eats as far as how much and what types of food the eat, will have a effect on the quality of muscle thay put on, oposed to exsess fat. Maybe this is too much.
Otherwise it looks good just the way you have it. THANKS!!

Yeah, I love Excel. Go ahead and post it. If it doesn't work right I will try to post it in a table for everyone.

Oh yeah, as far as getting paid the big bucks. I tell you what, when I start getting paid the big bucks for working on this board, I will send everyone of you a portion of my check.

    Shite bro I love:

    excel
    word
    dreamweaver
    fireworks
    VB6
    Access - Oh baby!

I love it all, I'm working on my own diet mdb. which will list all foods and nutritional break-down, and then I can select from numerous drop downs and it calculates my diet etc. Sad or What?

I may even see if I can create a web site out of it??

Jason, you've done stuff here none of the others board have, and thats says to me you love playing around, bit of a perfectionist and probably do lots of unpaid Over-time! Or is that me LOL

Damn fine work bro, damn fine!!!!!!

LOL I hear you man. Oh by the way, my favorites are Excel and word and I am learning Dreamweaver, and Fireworks right now. Only learned a little of access, but I don't have a big need for knowing how to run that anymore.
