    Billy_ba's cycle journal

    what's up ar, I am maiking this journal to detail my 2nd cycle experience. Hopefully this will help some of you out. My main goal with this cycle is to lean out. I am going to be 25 on december 19 and my bf is 14.4% and I weigh 194 lbs. I want to get to 180lbs 6% by the end of this cycle.

    here's the Gear
    IGF-1 (MR) days1-33/60-93 30mcg ED Bilaterally PWO
    Test Prop wk1-10 100mg ED
    Tren Ace wk1-8 75mg ED
    Winstrol wk4-10 50mg ED
    Nolvadex wks 1-10 10mg ED 10-13 20 mgED
    Arimidex wks 1-13 .25mg ED
    Clomid (day 1 300mg, day 2-11 100mg, day 12-21 50mg)

    Meals

    5g Glutamine ED

    Workouts
    EOD abbs/cardio @ 8 am for 45min.
    Lifting at lunch 2pm ED.
    Stats: 25yrs old, 194 14.4%BF

    quick update:
    I've ran into a bit of bad luck. I caught the dreaded test flu. I never ran into it with cyp or enan but from what I've been reading, some people get sick from prop because it kicks in so fast and the body just cant handle being shut down so quickly compared to the gradual shut down that enan or cyp causes. The tren is starting to kick in as well, I can tell because I am starting to get a little rowdy and quick tempered. I havent worked out in 5 days due to the sickness but it feels like it may be going away soon.

    one more thing I might add is that prop hurts like a bitch. Im cutting it with .5cc of b-12 every shot and it still hurts like hell. I did a tricep shot and could barely move my arm.

    update, weight is up 10 lbs. Have some water though so I upped the nolva to 20mg ed. Strength gains are steady and climbing. Im getting sick pumps from the igf, I have to work out with lighter weights because when I go heavy I get too much of a pump.

    alright weight up 12 lbs, finished the igf run. I had started it 15 days before my cycle. I liked the IGF except for the pumps. The pumps kinda made my bicep workouts cut a little short. Also I got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday so I wont be working out again until tomorrow. The doc said that they had moved a lot since my last xray in july so I know that the IGF works. Strength is considerably up, Im repping the 80lb dumbells on seated millitary press, my goal is to get the 90's by the end of this cycle. Another setback is that my gf is bitching about me using gear so I am cutting this cycle to 8wks rather than 10 like I had originally planned.

    3 pounds of muscle gain and 17 pounds of fat loss hmmm

    You will defanatley achieve this goal if done right!!!

    How many days a week of cardio?

    I think you will shed about 2-3 pounds a week of fat

    But your up 10 pounds?

    Whats your current BF% is it down?

    my current bf is 13%, I measured it at close to 15% at the beginning of the cycle. And I dont know whats up with my weight? I gained about 12 pounds so far but no fat. I am geussing that most of it was water so I upped the nolva for 2 days at 80mg then now im at 30mg a day. I am pretty happy about the weight gain because it feels solid but my main overall goal was to stay around the same weight but lower the bf%. My diet is solid. I'm about to hit the cardio hard this wk. I have had some probs working out because I got sick for the second wk of my cycle and then I have been out since monday when I got my wisdom teeth pulled.
