well i have had to end my cycle prematurely, after only five weeks .... the reason? ive hurt my shoulder quite badly and been the docs and been told no weights for atleast 2 weeks
i cant figure out how ive hurt my self i always stick to good form and moderate pace maybe it was just the heavy weights.
i am so gutted about having to lay off for a while my gains had been really good
i have gained 16 pounds in body weight, none or minimal body fat, all my jeans still fit the same round the waist
and have gained 2 " on most body parts
chest was 41 now 43"
biceps were 15 now 17"
i was alos getting told off work m8s and friends that i was looking massive even my girl told me i was huge
god im so gutted what would have happened if i coulda finished my cycle?
well thanks to all those who helped me out with advice and the guys who replied to my other posts
when im healed up im gona do another cycle and be even beastier
well i hope!!!!!

Bro, why give up so early. You can still focus on other body parts. I Messed up my rotator cuff 5 weeks into MY(THis) cycle and worked on my calves, legs, forearms, neck, LEGS<LEGS:LEGS, and arms and some back. I laid off of heavy chest and only did side lateral raises for my shoulders. I am in my 9th week and have gained 25lbs and my forearms and claves are huge. So take this opportunity to work on the little tie ins of your body and grow.
Oh, I also shot a little bit of deca in my shoulder and that helped out a lot.
Peace,
Spirit
PS Just remember to lay off of the overhead presses for a while.

that's a good idea thespiritofaman that makes some sense compared to giving up totally, not bashing anydody here because people are different but i never thought of it like that before.

i agree with wot your saying but i am in alot of pain and even the painkillers i have been prescribed are not reducing the pain, i can barely lift the lightest weights without being in aggony at the moment and i need to get back to work and full fitness so i do not want to risk prolonging the injury. and for me if i cant train every body part to its fullest i would feel like a fraud to my self and would be wasting my gear.
i think i am gona try and cut up a little over the next six weeks before my holidays and then do my next cycle when i get back
thanx for your in put guys u made me think about alot!!!

jonesmeister:
I have had chronic shoulder problems as well and I just found a trick that seems to work for me: bent-over lateral raises. (You know, bend over w/ a dumbell in each hand and 'flap' your arms like you are trying to fly--but in a slow, controlled manner!)
My rear delt's development was far behind the front/medial deltoid lobes and I believe that imbalance was what caused the stress/pain in my shoulders.
Strengthening the rear detls made them look better and also allowed me to do more weight in all my shoulder exercises, improving my delts overall.
After you get better, try it! It worked for me!
Sorry to hear that your cycle was aborted. It's amazing how the added strength that steroids give you can really stress the body, isn't it?
