    M1T 2week cycle (+3 week PCT)

    Ok guys gonna run a 2 week course of M1T have done a 4 week one b4 and in the 4th week had lower back pains and a crap appetite..
    1st week 10mg M1T a day with 2 caps of milk thistle (people say it inhibits protien sysnthesis but id rather sacrifice a bit of protein than mess up my liver)
    2nd week maybe bump up to 15mg depending on results
    Pct will only be hawthorne berry, Milk thistle (bump up to 3 caps) and 4 caps of OXO-6 (never lost any gains on this after first cycle)
    anything ive missed?

    1 x banana, 1 x orange
    =50g protien, 120carbs


    10am
    2 x Chicken breast
    4 slices of wholemeal bread
    = 45g pro, 60g carbs

    1pm
    Tuna
    Large Baked Potato
    light mayonaisse
    = 76g Pro, 60g Carbs

    3pm
    250g steak (pre-cooked)
    100g brown rice
    =75g pro, 75g carbs

    5pm
    1 scoop protien
    1 banana, 2 oranges
    =20g pro, 37g carbs

    7.30pm
    PWO shake
    Multivits
    = 52g pro, 86 carbs

    8.30pm
    2x chicken breast
    170g pasta
    = 55g pro, 100g carbs

    10.30pm
    1 scoop protien

    taking EFA's @ 1pm, 5pm and 10.30

    totals = 395g Protien, 540g Carbs
    so im guessing around 4,200cals

    Bench press 2 warm ups 4x 6-12
    Inline Press 4x 6-12
    Machine press 2x 15-20
    Cable crossovers = 4x 8-15
    Cable lifts (not sure what called) 4x 10-15

    Tuesday
    pull up warm up 2 x 15
    Deadlifts 4x 6-8
    lat pull downs 4x 8-12
    superset with
    lat pull overs 4x 8-15
    T-bar Rows 4x 6-10
    Dumbbell rows - 3x 8-12

    Wednesday
    Legs
    Squats 2 warm ups 5x 6-12
    Leg press 4 x 8-15
    smith machine squats 2x 20
    leg curls 3x 10-15
    leg extensions 3x 10-15
    Calve raises 4x 12-18
    Seated Calve raises 3x 8-15

    Thursday
    Shoulders
    Shoulder press 2 warm ups 4x 8-15
    Mahine press 4x 10-15
    superset with
    Machine laterals 4x 10-12
    45* leaning laterals 2x 10-15
    bent over laterals 4x 1*-15
    Dumbbell shrugs 4x 6-10
    machine rear shrugs 3x 10-15

    Friday
    Arms
    Dips 2 warm ups 4x 8-20
    Skull crushers 4x 8-12
    over head press 4x 10-15
    Tricep press down 4x 10-12
    Barbell curls 2 warms ups 4x 8-12
    Incline curls 3x 8-12 or concentration
    Preacher curls 4x 8-12

    May seem like overtraining but my body responds to volume better than anything else ive tried...
    I'll try and update each day (maybe even some pics if ur lucky)

    hawthorne berry, Milk thistle should also be taken in conjunction w/ M1T and for a couple days after.

    yeh sorry i thought i missed out the Hawth whilst im doing the course
    shoulda read
    2 tabs M1T, 2 caps Milkthistle, 2 caps Hawthorne...
    PCT 6-OxO milk thistle, Hawthrone berry
    then trib test on last week of OXO carrying on for an extra 2 weeks

    well today was the first day...
    just recovered from a cold so im a lil off..
    today was a **** workout my bench was down 20lbs from what it usually is, even felt awkward doing the incline bench, saw it through and still got a good pump...
    stats 225lbs (down 2lbs) 13% BF (up 1%)
    see what happens at the end of the week
    stuck to my eatng plan till tonight where i ate a lil less cos its late...
