    Arrow In 11 weeks.....

    just finished the following cycle

    wk-1-10 Deca 300mg/wk
    wk-1-11 Sust. 400mg/wk
    10mg Nolv ED

    Ate clean and hard around 5000-4000 calories daily. etc etc.

    Went from 165 to 205 with excellent strength gains. Body fat dropped from 9 to a 7.

    anyone else have good results while using a sust/deca combo?

    is this a good gain, what do you guys think?

    thanks, sorry i dont have a digital camera. yeah this was my second cycle. what would you guys reccomend for a different mass cycle????

    You went from 165 to 205 while going from 9% to 7% bf in ELEVEN weeks... unless you have pics I call total BS thats not even 3 months, I can't imagine it being possible to gain well over 40lbs of lean muscle in that time frame. BDTR's test subject didn't even gain close to that much lean mass on 2 GRAMS of Test under his supervision, and it was his 1st cycle not 2nd... impossible.

    wow...i didnt see his bodyfat % drop....i call bs as well. I can see a 40lb gain, with lots of fat, but dropping to 7%??? U should look shredded and huge. Although your beginning weight (165) leads me to think that you never trained before in your life prior to this, unless you are under 5'6"
