Cycle adjustments:
-50mg eod of winstrol and
-still 300mg of deca a wk
Strength gains in various exercises:
-bench went from 185lbs. to 245lbs. squats went up about 80lbs. did 20 squats everyday I lifted. can't get a bigger upper body without a big lower one.
Size gains in various areas:
-gained 2 inches on my biceps waist stayed the same 32in.
chest gained 2 inches.

This is a very similar cycle that Im about to begin. Im 173 at 5 8 and at 11% This is a helpful thread. Thanks man. Im using Primo instead of winnie. at 200mg a week. Ill be making a thread soon at the beginning of my cycle.
