Got all my gear in as of yesterday and was able to start. This is my second cycle and I am very excited and ready to go. Feel like a kid in a candy store. My cycle is as follows:

Wk 1-10 500 mg test cyp
Wk 1-10 400 mg eq
Wk 2-10 25 mg ed Proviron
Wk 5-10 50mg ed winny
Wk 13 start clomid 300 mg 1st day 100 mg ed for rest of week
Wk 14-15 50 mg clomid ed
Wk 13-14 Clen 120 mcg ed 2 weeks on 2weeks eca
Wk 17-18 Clen 120 mcg ed

Injection will be 2 times a week on Mon & Thur. Nolvadex on hand in the event gyno tries to reveil it's ugly face up at me. However with prov on board I should be ok.

Just want to thank everyone on this board for all I have learned to prepair myself for this cycle. This is truly an awesome community of people.

want to gain quality muscle of at least 15 lbs and drop body fat to 10/11%.

I decided on proviron a little more affordable. Good luck on your cycle let me know how it goes. It would be nice to compare notes with someone doing the same type at the same time.

I plan on updating this thread every two weeks. First 2 weeks went well injections right on time. No serious gains at this point but to be expected with the esters.

Workouts are great, diet is good just need to get my cardio going better. Cmon guys tell me to get my ass on the tread mill and get that cardio in gear.

I say kick the winny in couple of weeks later so you can start thw clomid right afterwards. Because your cycle abobe leaves you "dry" for 2 weeks your chances of gain loss is greater. If you start the winny from week 7 to 12, you can start the clomid 2 days after last winny.

Cool thanks I was actualy thinking of starting winny on week 6 and running it to week 12.
