Tren, Winny, and Test

Hey Guys! Need your help here. I'm doing a tren, winny, and test/enth cycle but need your input! Not sure how to mix it up? Goal is to get ripped and lean. Was thinking of doing the following way for 8 weeks,

175mg of tren/weekly
250mg of Test Enth/weekly
20mg of Winny tabs daily
Arimidex Daily and post cycle 100mg/day clomid for one week and 50mg/day for another week and during this period take 10mg/day nolvadex...the post cycle therapy will begin one week after your last shot.

Or should I do

75 or tren EOD for 6 weeks
250mg of Test Enth/weekly
20mg of Winny tabs daily
Arimidex Daily and post cycle 100mg/day clomid for one week and 50mg/day for another week and during this period take 10mg/day nolvadex...the post cycle therapy will begin one week after your last shot.

Also not sure if should shoot the test once a week or twice a week, since I have the 250mg 1ml ampules.

Stats: 26yrs, Male, 178lbs, 5' 9, BF% 14

No this is not my first cycle. In the past I have done the following:
EQ/Var/Test
Didnt really see any results just bulked up, acne, and got fatter

Var/winny tabs
Good..but expected more from the cycle?

Here is what I have on hand:
20 amps ICN test, 1 10ml of 75mg QV Tren, 100 winstrol 10mg/tab, 70 arimedex 0.25mg/tab, 90 tamoxifen 10mg/tab, and 48 clomid 50mg/tab

I can get more vials of Tren and also winny to add it to what I already have. What do you suggest? Like I said I dont want to bulk. want to get ripped and lean and even drop some body fat.

Stats: 5'9, 177lbs, BF% 14, 26 yrs.

6-10 50mg winny ED
I have never used tren so i really cant help you out, most people on here say 75mg eod. Makes sure the test is higher than the tren anyway.
10mg nolva ed if you are prone to gyno. I'm doing a prop and winny cycle at the moment and have no need to use the nolva as yet. Anyway i think diet is the key.

How long should I run the tren if I do it at 75mg EOD?
