deca and cyp. NEWBIE question

I am new to the site so don't flame me too bad if it has been asked before, but I've got Cyp and Deca and wanted some cycle info. How should I cycle it? Should I add anything to the mix? and What to take to prevent gyno? Are there any effective over the counter anti-estrogen products?

for 1st cycle start 250-500 mg test and 250 deca weekly, be patient, because of the depo effct you will good feel the results after 2 weeks. Run them for no less than 8 weeks. Nolvadex is the best choice for estrogen problems.
