I VE BEEN ON ANADROL 50 FOR THE PAST 4 WKS AND I DID NOT REALIZE HOW BAD IT WAS FOR YOU UNTILL JOINING THIS SITE. I AM TRYING TO CLENSE MY SYSTEM RIGHT NOW BUT I NEED SOME ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO NEXT, I NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT, IVE BEEN EATING 5 EGGS EVERY MORNING AND A CAN OF TUNA FOR LUNCH, DINNER I'LL EAT TWO PIECES OF GILLED CHICKEN WITH WHITE RICE. I'M GETTING MARRIED IN JULY AND I REALLY NEED TO BULK UP. ANY HELP IS NEEDED

You need to eat more bro. I eat more than that while dieting.

If that's your idea of alot of food you need to do more research. No wonder you cant'd put on weight. Double that man. Whatever you're eating now double it for each of your 6-7 meals and you'll be sure to gain weight.
