Well guys just a quick note. I was finally able to get 300lbs up on my flat bench day yesterday. This was my first goal. Done. Next. I'm 33yo 6'1'' 230lbs now. I know this isn't alot, but for me it is. I guess I could of did a max day and got 300lbs or more up earlier, but I wanted to get it up after my normal bench work out. I'm running Omnadren and deca. Getting good results. Its really just starting to kick in now. 7-8 weeks in. 350lbs is next......lol
