    cycle results week 6.

    week 6 and up 22lbs! 168 to 190, a true 190... naked, after working out (light cardio, too!) bf 6 weeks ago was 8% yesterday was only 11.5%.. not bad for 22lbs. pumps are f'n great.... here's the cycle....

    wk 1-4 d-bol 35mg/ed
    wk 1-10 deca 200mg
    wk 1-10 cyp 500mg
    wk 7-11 winny 50mg/ed
    wk 7-11 tren 75mg/ed
    wk 9-11 heat miser (t3/yohimbe/clen )
    wk 13-16 clomid
    wk 1-16 fluidex (GAC's arimidex )

    diet is (next to) flawless. putting away about 5,000 cals/ed.... 6-8 meals a day.. when deca is done will decrease cals and up cardio.

    thanks, bro. i delayed my tren /winny for a week so wont start til next week. wont be a moment too soon though... i'm to the point where i'm starting to lug myself around a bit.

    no prob.... keep in mind that snacks are run between about 4 major meals. i have a weight gain shake that is split up into about 2-3 drinks/ed = 1,800 cals... i'm not home where i can break down the cals for you but it's something like this:

    meal 1:
    2 cups grape nuts
    1 bananna
    1 cup cran juice
    1 cup OJ
    10 hard boiled eggs (2-3 yolkes)

    snack (protein bar, nuts, shake)

    meal 2.
    1 peice fruit
    1 cup granola
    shake

    snack

    meal 3.
    1 baked potato
    1 cup veggie
    2 chicken breasts, 1 steak or fish

    snack

    meal 3
    2 cups rice
    1 cup veggie
    2 chicken breasts, 1 steak or fish

    snack

    meal 4
    chicken or fish
    1 cup veggie
    cold fruit for dessert

    all day eating protien bars, shakes, drinking water and cranberry (which is also calorie dense).

    how's that?
