monday: august 22 2005
cycle: TEST ENATHANATE at 400mg a week for 10 weeks
D-BOL: 25 mg a day for 4 weeks (spread out 5mg in the morning, 5mg after every 4 hrs)
nolvadex 20mg a day, 10mg in the morning and 10mg before bed.
after my 5 weeks cycle
one week of just the nolvadex and then the second week i will start my clomid with 300mg first day, then 100mg all other days. (simalar to the novice plan).
now my stats:
23yrs old, lifting for 4 yrs, but seriously lifting hard for 9 months.
6'0" exact
190 lbs now hehe
13.1 % body fat
13.1 in. bicep not flexed
42 in. chest, (measure around)
34 in. waist
24.1 in quads
diet:
7:00 a.m. (5mg dbol, 10mg nolv) 7 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal w/ 1 tblspn peanut butter & 1 tblspn honey, one scoop whey protein
10:00 a.m. (5 mg dbol) instant mass shake (1,200 cal shake, low in fat and no sugar its from ON)
11:00 a.m. workout
pwo: 2 scoops whey protein
ppwo: 1/2 lb ground beef with spices and bbq sauce, 1/4 big tomato, and steamed spinach.
3-4 p.m. chkn/steak, and white rice (grew up just eating white rice, dont want to switch to brown haha)
6-7 p.m. 2 cans of tuna w/ 2 tblspn of miracle whip 1/4 tomato and spinach all mixed in
10-11 p.m. 2 scoops muscle milk w/ 1.5 tblspn flax oil and then sleep with a wet dream haha.
