    Wink alright guys this coming monday my first cycle

    okay i am ready:
    monday: august 22 2005
    cycle: TEST ENATHANATE at 400mg a week for 10 weeks

    D-BOL: 25 mg a day for 4 weeks (spread out 5mg in the morning, 5mg after every 4 hrs)

    nolvadex 20mg a day, 10mg in the morning and 10mg before bed.
    after my 5 weeks cycle

    one week of just the nolvadex and then the second week i will start my clomid with 300mg first day, then 100mg all other days. (simalar to the novice plan).

    now my stats:
    23yrs old, lifting for 4 yrs, but seriously lifting hard for 9 months.
    6'0" exact
    190 lbs now hehe
    13.1 % body fat
    13.1 in. bicep not flexed
    42 in. chest, (measure around)
    34 in. waist
    24.1 in quads

    diet:
    7:00 a.m. (5mg dbol , 10mg nolv) 7 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal w/ 1 tblspn peanut butter & 1 tblspn honey, one scoop whey protein
    10:00 a.m. (5 mg dbol) instant mass shake (1,200 cal shake, low in fat and no sugar its from ON)
    11:00 a.m. workout
    pwo: 2 scoops whey protein
    ppwo: 1/2 lb ground beef with spices and bbq sauce, 1/4 big tomato, and steamed spinach.
    3-4 p.m. chkn/steak, and white rice (grew up just eating white rice, dont want to switch to brown haha)
    6-7 p.m. 2 cans of tuna w/ 2 tblspn of miracle whip 1/4 tomato and spinach all mixed in
    10-11 p.m. 2 scoops muscle milk w/ 1.5 tblspn flax oil and then sleep with a wet dream haha.

    horrible cycle bro. waste of cash. extend it to ten weeks at least. horrible diet as well. check out the bulking sticky.

    first of all, i am not trying to bulk a lot, i should have mentioned that, around 10 pounds. second of all, there is nothing wrong with that diet it will be high in protein, and carbs. i am not trying to raise my body fat as well. and also this is my first cycle,

    The five weeks is ridiculous go at least 10 -12weeks or don't go at all.

    i dont really feel the tes till 4-5 weeks in..u need atleast 10-12 weeks

    whoa its really that bad, the guy that i bought the stuff from took it for only 5 weeks but also with tren , and got crazy results, well around 20 pounds he said. well then i will bump it to 10, but if i do start seeing the results that i am looking for at around 5 then i will stop there.

    if you're only wanting 10lbs bro, steroids are not your answer.

    okay first want to say thanks to wolfy, i changed my diet as well as my length w/test and dbol . i did my first test shot on sunday, and now its tuesday, (shot in glut) its sore, but not bad though (was shaking a bit though but it went in easy and i did asperate) dbol is amazing too, i started the dbol on monday, and its funny because today my rep set was better then it ever was (did shoulders) i just felt stronger and i was able to go on a little longer, (added a couple more sets to each exersice)

    well i will keep everyone updated too, also i do have pics, i will post them before/middle/end at the end of my cycle.
