    Did you get the proviron from the AAR store? What are some other names for it. Do you feel like your holding alot of water, or are you staying on the leaner side of things? Good luck''

    I got my proviron from my source. It's Schering PRoviron. I feel i'm holding next to nothing in terms of water so I'm pretty confident my gains are all lean.

    Shot 17 in the right glute. No problems shooting this time. Went straight in first time which was good. Little disappointed yesterday as I am still 105kg so no improvement from last week. But I had a bad weekend as I think i eat somthing dodgy and was on the loo most of it. I still think I can get to the 20lbs by the end but I'm gonna have to go all out for the last five weeks now.

    Back yesterday was a good session. Managed a pb on tbar rows of 4.5 plates for a good 8 and assisted to 10. Shoulders tonight which I know I'm gonna enjoy.

    Thinking of reducing nolva to 10mg this week just to see what happens. Been thinking over the weekend that maybe my estrogen management has been over the top. I think I'll start today and see what happens over the week.

    this cycle sucked for me , i started at the same day as you but i quit the cycle about 10 days ago, strenght gains were pore and i put on 8-9 lbs in 7 weeks, and that suck, i"m gonna wait a couple of months and do a test/deca /dboll cycle!

    Shot 18 done on Friday in left glute. Went in like butter again so I'm starting to think the problems I was having was due to not allowing sufficient time between injection spots. Adding in delts now seems to have sorted that.

    Legs on Friday was good managed 3 plates on squats for 2 of the 4 sets both for 10 reps. Chest on saturday was good too. Trained with a mate of mine whose excellent on the bench and he gave me a couple of important pointers which seemed to improve my technique. He pushed me hard and got me to do 2.5 plates per side for a good 3 reps on the last set of 5.

    I'm still on a reduced 10 mg a day on the nolva. This hasn't caused any real problems as yet. I got a bit of sensitivity in the nipples on Saturday but nothing major. I think my strength is up a bit because of it and my recovery in between sets seems to be improving every week.

    Weigh in tonight so lets hope for atleast 2lbs this weeks!!! That would bring my total to about 15lbs I think.

    Just would like to say that I've been following you for sometime now, and the results sound impressive! I'll be running Test Prop [200 MG EOD] and EQ [200 MG 2x a week]. Just a quick question: Would you recommend rotating injection sites? It sounds like your glutes scarred up quickly. This will be my first cycle, so any advice [especially with the EQ] would be helpful. Glad to see your lifting hard! Good luck on the remaining weeks -- hit it hard.

    Glad to hear things are still going well. So you have 3 weeks left(might be bad math, but 18 shots/twice a week=9 weeks out of a ?12? week cycle. How is the visual side of things? lookin lean and mean? Well, good luck...

    Cheers for following my progress. Firstly I'd say bump up the prop to 2 x 250mg a week shots. And def rotate injection sites. Have atleast 3 sites in your rotation. YOu have to be mega patient with the EQ coz it takes a long time to kick in. And make sure that you have everything worked out on paper....the cycle itself, PCT, nutrition plan, training program. Once the test kicks in and you feel stronger set yourself little goals (make sure thry are realistic!!) to make sure you push urself every workout. For example yesterday my goals in my shoulder w/o was to press the 100lbs for atleast 2 sets out of my 4 sets and for atleast 6-8 reps each set. And then my secondary goal was to lateral raise the 50lbs db for atleast 3 sets for 8-10 reps.

    Trust me nothing in a cycle goes smoothly as I'll explain later after my next shot so try to cover every angle.....that way nothing is a suprise!!!

    Cheers bro. Yer I'm on week 10 out of 13 so 4 weeks left. I'm looking pretty good. Muscles are fuller and I def look bigger. Wouldn't lean as I'm eating everything in site but I have felt that my bf% has droped a bit since the EQ kicked in.

    OK now I'm Pissed!!!!

    Shot 19 done in right quad. Went in with a little pain but I learnt that if I insert the pin really slowly I can seem to get past the pain.

    So why am i majorly pissed!!! Well I'm still on 105kg!!! Now i could look at it this way - since the EQ kicked in (about 10 days ago) I do seem to have dropped some bf. So maybe I'm just exchanging bf for muscle.....Yer you're right BOLLOCKS!!!!! So I've added 500 cals ed to my nutition plan. This ain't gonna be easy as it feels like I'm force feeding some of the time as it is....but like Ronnie say "Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder but noone wants to lift heavy ass weights!!". So I'm going all out for these last 4 weeks...I NEED THAT LAST 7LBS!!!!!!!!

    Shoulder training yesterday was good. I'm blowing my training partner clean out the water at each w/o now...

    I'm off to eat!

    On your cycle. I think that you need to reconsider. Using so many compounds on a first cycle and in that particular order is not advisable.

    Shot 20 done in left quad. Went well. Again I had to insert the needle really, really slowly. Like it took me about 2 mins to get it in but I seemed to be able to get through the scar tissue that way.


    These past two days of training have been some of the best. Highlight of chest yesterday was being able (using the tips that that mate of mine gave me) 2 plates for a 12, 2 plates + 2.5 for 10 and 2 plates and a 5 for 8 totally unasisted by my spotter. I think I got the bench mastered now and hopefully I'll be able to get some serious poundages on it in the next 4-6 months.

    Back today was also awesome. Managed a PB of 4 plates on the deadlift for 6 good reps. Previous PB was 3.5 plates for 6-8 reps. The weight didn't even seems that heavy!

    I'm on the move again!!!!

    Shot 21 done in left delt. No problems. Well guess what!!! Yep the weight has gone up again for a staggering 106.2kg! I can believe it 1.2kg in a week and I gotta say in all honesty it don't look like much of that was fat at all! I guess the additional calories helped! So that brings me to 233.6lbs. A total so far of 14.5lbs. Last 3 weeks now so gotta keep on pushing!!

    Did shot 22 last Friday. Had to do it in right glute instead of right shoulder as it was back and shoulders on Friday and Sat so couldn't risk my shoulder being out of action. It's cool I'll do right shoulder this tuesday when I do legs and then i'll be back on track.

    Back was awesome last week and I felt sore for a good few days. I'm continuously being amazed by my recovery between sets. I used to have to take a goo 3-4 mins in between sets when doing compuonds like deads and squats but now I'm ready to go in 60-90 secs.Weighing myself tonight. Lets hope for improvement. It's looking v unlikely that I'm gonna hit that 20lb mark but I'm still pushing for as close as possible to it!!

    Cheers. I'm going to be doing 2 weeks of HCG at 1500iu x 2 shots per week. This will be in the 2 weeks before I start PCT. Then clomid for 5 weeks starting with a frontload of about 250 then 200 for 1 week then 100mg ed for 2 weeks then 50mg a day for 2 weeks. I'm also going to be running 1g of trib with that and ofcourse nolva.

    I have a feeling it's gonna be a rough ride but there you go....

    Update on the weight. Damn electronic scales at the gym have broken so I'm waiting on them to be fixed. I've got those normal scales at home but they're not very accurate.

    Legs yesterday was pretty good. Managed a PB for front squats of 2 plates for 10 going all the way down. Previous PB was 1 3/4 plates for about 6 i think.

    Shot 23 done in right shoulder last Tuesday and 24 in left glute last Friday. Last week was a good weeks training. The weights gone up as well to 107.2kg. That makes me about 236lbs. That makes a total of about 17lbs if my math is correct. Not bad. I said I wanted to hit between 235-245 during this cycle so I'm please with that.

    Did my last shot of EQ last Friday and I gotta say I'm missing it already . Training has been good this week. Managed to hit the 100s on the shoulder press for a 7 and an 8 and repeat my 4 plates on deads for 6 again. Benching tonight so I'm gonna see what happens.

    The end is nigh

    Well that's it ppl. Shot 25 and 26 done this week in the right and left quad respectively. Last week so I've only been injecting 250mg of test e...God I miss it already!!! This weeks training has been good. Made a small amount of progress on squats (max of 3 plates and a 2.5 for 6 reps), also managed to do 2.5 plates on bench for 8 reps (really getting to grips with bench pressing now), the 4 plates on deads again for 6 and d/b pressing the 100's for shoulders for 8 reps.

    So now I'm looking forward to my PCT. I got 2 weeks of HCG followed by 4-5 weeks (depending on how I feel at the end of week 4) of clomid. Gonna take the final weight on Monday.

    PCT here I come.

    First shot of HCG done in right quad. Wondering what I'm gonna feel from it now....

    Latest weight update...I'm at 108kg (237.6lbs). That makes a total gain of 18.6 lbs). Not bad for a first cycle I think.

    Will update with any effects of HCG as and when they come in.

    Sorry bro my confusion. Test prop is fast acting so it needs to be administered more frequently. Here is an exerpt from Big Cat's test prop profile

    "compared to enanthate and cypionate , propionate is a very short ester and is still released quite fast. As such more frequent injections are needed.     Second shot of HCG done in left glute. Every shot is getting really painful now and the scar tissue issue is getting really bad. I just hope I have enough space left on my body to do another cycle. It hurts like a fvcking bit*ch to inject nowadays. Oh well only another 2 shots left then I'm on the clomid and nolva.

    I recon I lost about 35-40% of my nut size during my cycle. After this first week of HCG I recon I got a good 10-15% back which ain't bad. libido is strong. Strength and weight in the gym are holding up.

    Just thought I'd update. A couple of sides that I'm experiencing from the HCG .

    1. I seem to be really irritable since my last shot. Nothing has happened to irritate me but I find myself wanting to constantly hit something and really easily wound up. Don't worry I am keeping it under control and channelling it in the gym.. It's actually quiet good to feel like this. I'm always usually so melow I'm nearly horizontal!!

    2. Since I started HCG I've had the runs!!!!! Not full blown but a definite change in bowel habits!!!!

    Apart from this it seems to be working. I had an awesome back session on Friday. Deadlifted 4 plates again for 8, bent over db rowed the 130s for 8 and 4 plates on the lat machine (a pb for me) for 10 and all in the same session.

    Chest tonight. Gonna see if I can push my benching a little more.

    update

    So the last shot of HCG was last Friday. It was my last shot for the entire cycle...I miss it already!!

    Nuts are looking good. I'd say I got most 80% of the size back. So Clomid should be able to do the rest (hopefully)! Training has been really good. Can't really say I've lost much strength and I've reduced my days down to 4 now to give my body extra time to recuperate.

    The HCG sides also seem to have resolved themselved. irritability has been replaced with a new found confidence and drive in the gym and the runs have subsided. Unfortunetly that week or so of constant trips to the loo have cost me about 3-4lbs which ain't good. Gonna weigh myself tonight and hope I haven't lost anymore. I was seriously pissed off at that but sometimes there's nothing you can do but sit back and ride the storm!

    I start Clomid tonight and I'm still debating whether to go with 200 or 250mg for the first day. I want to give my HPTA a really good kick up the arse but I'm worried about the blurred vision and emotional sides.

    Will tune in tommorrow and let you know hoe I feel and decide on how much clomid I went with.
