Well folks, I'm starting a new thread so I can report an cycle #3. This will be my first cutting stack. For those who I have talked to you may remember that I had to stop my cutting stack 2-3 months ago because of an injury. I started last Monday and here it is:
weeks 1-10 EQ @ 600mg/week
weeks 1-10 test prop @ 100mg/EOD
weeks 5-10 winstrol @ 50mg/day
weeks 1-10 liqua clen (cycled with ECA "Red Rockets" 2 wks on 2 wks off)
weeks 5-10 T3 as outlined in CYCLEONS' dosing formula.
*I'm utilizing spot injections and shot both biceps last night with .5cc in each of test prop. Pain is minimal (although noticable), some pressure, no redness or swelling. Using a 23g 1" pin.
Diet is clean, carbs are low:
Without details daily protein: 18 eggs ( 2 meals) 2-3 chicken breasts, an 8-9 oz lean steak, 2 whey protein drinks + 1 post workout whey+ dextrose drink. I also use tuna and fish fillets for protein. Averaging 300g/day. Daily carbs: 1 cup oats (cooked), 2 yams (or cups of brown rice), dextrose (post workout) and veggies. Every 7th day will be a carb laod day (600-700g). Fats: olive oil, 6-8 egg yolks (2 meals) fatty fish, the occasional spoonful of natty Peanut butter.

BTW: 5'10", 240lbs, 18-20% BF.
