How is everyone doing?
I just need some advice. Im planning on doing an sd cycle maybe in a couple of weeks. Im 5'10, 22yrs, 175lbs, i dont know my BF% but i think it high. Im not thin and i have a lot of fat around the midsection,lovehandles,etc. I've been training on and off for 3 years now. now here is where i need the help, should i try and burn some of that fat before i take the sd cycle, maybe throw in clen, diet, and lots of cardio. Or should i just do the sd, and pct, and cutting after that. or maybe take clen and sd together.
