I am posting this in the educational forum b/c I believe that there needs to be more information on dnp as it relates to its use by women.
Anyways, I started my dnp cycle today, first dose at 2pm. I plan on running it for 10days but will cut short or prolong accordingly. I have researched dnp for about 6mo and feel like I am well enough to know how to use it properly.
Starting Stats:
180 lbs
about 20-22% BF
5'8"
Supplements:
WATER! 2-3 gallons a day
Super Pak multi
calcium
pyruvate
taurine
glycerine
ECY
glutamine
also have benadryl on hand for any allergies/sleep that needs to be taken care of.
will start 25mg T3 on day 3 (Monday)
Day 1 (FD @2pm SD@9pm)
I know that it is recommended to do 200mg the first few days, I felt I could do 400mg. Will lower if necessary. Also b/c of time restraints, had to pop SD at 9pm so doses were only 7hrs apart instead of 12. Heat is ok up until now, nothing really, except I wore pants at dinner for about 2 hours and I was getting heated. It could just be b/c it wasn't that cold outside, I am in Houston. Will update later.... Temp: 98.4
