This is my second day (first cycle) of anavar @ 5mg ED. Planning on running it for 8 weeks. This is my umpteenth cycle of clen but I am trying something new. I read the clen profile more closely and decided to try it for 4-8 weeks (depending on results or how I feel) and every 3rd week have 50mg benadryl before bed for that week. Stats: 5'3", 122 lbs , age 23. Goals: to maintain LBM while losing as much BF as possible (hopefully 7-10 lbs). Oh by the way, this is my 9th day of clen so far on this cycle, I didn’t start with this much. Any critiquing would be appreciated. I am posting this in hopes to get suggestions and also to help other members. Thank you.
I won't post my diet over and over…just when I make changes. I have basically 2 diets, one for weights and cardio days (Diet A) and one for just cardio days (Diet B). I drink 1 to 1 1/2 gals of water a day.

Vitamins: 3g taurine (split), 300mg R-ALA, 2g vit C (split), 4g potassium gluconate (split), multivitamin, 400mg magnesium in the AM, 1000mg calcium before bed, colon cleanse
9:00am - 200mg caffeine, 60mcg clen
10:00am - 45 mins cardio 65-70% MHR
11:00am - 9 egg whites, 3 tbsp cream of wheat
11:15am - 5mg anavar
12:30pm - workout: legs
10 min warm up on stair climber
Squat (smith machine)
WU set: 15 lbs; 15 reps

2:30pm - PPWO - 4.5oz (measured after cooking) chicken breast, 1/2c (measured after cooking) brown rice, 2 tbsp salsa
5:30pm - 3oz chicken breast, lettuce, 2 tsp flaxseed oil
8:00pm - 3oz chicken breast, lettuce, 2 tsp flaxseed oil
10:30pm - 9 egg whites, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 3 omega complex pills (3g fat)
12:30am - bed
This may all be psychosomatic but, I totally feel the anavar. What used to be my normal weight now feels like nothing, and it is only day 2. But like I said, it may be all in my head. I hate retaining all the water on clen, it messes with my head. I'm not feeling the effects of clen as much now as my body starts to get used to it. I don't think I want to go over 120mcg ED though. I had a lot of energy today…still feeling the cheat day I had on Monday! I think that's all for today…thanks for reading!
