My cycle/training/diet journal
This is my second day (first cycle) of anavar @ 5mg ED. Planning on running it for 8 weeks. This is my umpteenth cycle of clen but I am trying something new. I read the clen profile more closely and decided to try it for 4-8 weeks (depending on results or how I feel) and every 3rd week have 50mg benadryl before bed for that week. Stats: 5'3", 122 lbs , age 23. Goals: to maintain LBM while losing as much BF as possible (hopefully 7-10 lbs). Oh by the way, this is my 9th day of clen so far on this cycle, I didn’t start with this much. Any critiquing would be appreciated. I am posting this in hopes to get suggestions and also to help other members. Thank you.
I won't post my diet over and over…just when I make changes. I have basically 2 diets, one for weights and cardio days (Diet A) and one for just cardio days (Diet B). I drink 1 to 1 1/2 gals of water a day.
7 Dec 05 (Diet A)
Vitamins: 3g taurine (split), 300mg R-ALA, 2g vit C (split), 4g potassium gluconate (split), multivitamin, 400mg magnesium in the AM, 1000mg calcium before bed, colon cleanse
9:00am - 200mg caffeine, 60mcg clen
10:00am - 45 mins cardio 65-70% MHR
11:00am - 9 egg whites, 3 tbsp cream of wheat
11:15am - 5mg anavar
12:30pm - workout: legs
10 min warm up on stair climber
Squat (smith machine)

1:15 pm - PWO shake - 25g whey protein + 46g dextrose
1:30 - 60mcg clen
2:30pm - PPWO - 4.5oz (measured after cooking) chicken breast, 1/2c (measured after cooking) brown rice, 2 tbsp salsa
5:30pm - 3oz chicken breast, lettuce, 2 tsp flaxseed oil
8:00pm - 3oz chicken breast, lettuce, 2 tsp flaxseed oil
10:30pm - 9 egg whites, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 3 omega complex pills (3g fat)
12:30am - bed
This may all be psychosomatic but, I totally feel the anavar. What used to be my normal weight now feels like nothing, and it is only day 2. But like I said, it may be all in my head. I hate retaining all the water on clen, it messes with my head. I'm not feeling the effects of clen as much now as my body starts to get used to it. I don't think I want to go over 120mcg ED though. I was going to do 40 mins, but I got kinda dizzy so I stopped early
5:30pm - 30mcg clen, 3oz cooked chicken breast, 1/2c dry oats
8:00pm - 4.5oz cooked chicken breast, lettuce, 1/2 tbsp flaxseed oil
10:00pm - 7 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 3 omega complex pills
11:00pm - bed
I had lots of energy today, but I found myself really craving sugar after my second bout of cardio. I had a Christmas tree peep….but I stopped after that, even though I wanted the whole package. Retaining a butt load of water, I hate it.

Didn't have an appetite today…felt like I had to stuff food down. I almost threw up when I had my eggs tonight. I hope I'm not eating too much. What do you think? My resting metabolism is 1470 and I try to get about that everyday, sometimes a little less. I have never had a problem with not being hungry…I always am. The last few days it has been tough though. Any thoughts? I also had quite a bit of a headache from about 9pm on. Water retention not as bad today.Last edited by xtinaunasty; 12-10-2005 at 12:42 AM.

The past couple days I have had a horrible sinus infection. I can hardly swallow (there goes my social life) let alone eat. I didn't start feeling really bad until Saturday night. I had followed my diet up until meal 5...then I had gatorade and went to bed early.
When I woke up Sunday morning I felt like I had died and awoke in the third circle of hell. It was horrible. So I tried to get as much rest as I could. I ate soup, popcicles, OJ, and ice cream (for the throat...made me feel a little better too ) I don't get sick very often so when I do, I'm kind of a drama queen.
I'm still not feeling my oats today, but I am doing better. So, I did some cardio this morning and had my normal breakfast. Took me a little longer to eat it though. Hopefully the day will go as planned.

8:30am - woke up and my throat and head were killing me, so I took some Tylenol cold and sinus and went back to bed.
10:00am - woke up and felt better so I took 60mcg clen and 200mg caffeine
11:00am - 40mins cardio
12:00pm - 9 egg whites, 4 tbsp cream of wheat, 5mg anavar , extra vit C and E
This took me almost an hour to eat, but at least I got it down!
3:30pm - 2 cups chicken tortilla soup (macro breakdown: 254cals/16pro/34carb/6fat)
I know this isn’t the best thing to have, but I don’t think I could handle solid food yet, that first meal was forced enough. I think the cold medicine has worn off cuz my head is throbbing. I popped another dose of cold medication and my second dose of clen with this meal
6:30pm - 2 scoops whey protein, 6 omega complex pills
I normally try and stay away from replacing meals with whey but I had class tonight and didn't have a choice. It was probably a blessing in disguise anyway cuz I still feel like crap. How do you guys do it when you get sick? Do you suck it up and drive on or do you take a break and let yourself recoup?
10:00pm - okay I have no appetite whatsoever and my throat hurts too bad to swallow anyway. So im gonna drink some Propel and Nyquil and hit the sack. I hope to god I feel better tomorrow. Im so frustrated I can't eat or train right!!!!!

When I come back from this wretched sickness I will hopefully put up better numbers. I don’t lift heavy all the time though, I like to change it up.

ok after today i am feeling much better. prolly 80%. hopefully tomorrow i will be closer to 100% so i can get this sh*t started.
its just my luck that i get sick right when i start my log. haven't been sick in a year. oh well, stuff happens.
anyway here is my most current pic of my back. it isnt very impressive size wise but im not looking to get big. im more into shaping it a bit more...maybe making it a bit more even w/my arms.

Damn! I took 50mg benadryl last night and it knocked me the fuk out! Good thing I didn't have to work today. I felt awesome when I woke up though, looks like I'm good as new

But I drastically reduced my carbs for the day (only had them in meal 1) in order to account for my lack of activity. Grrr…oh well, tomorrow is another day

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while…holidays are kinda stressin' me out. Anyway my diet for both Sat and Sun were the same as Diet B (last used on 8 Dec). I did cardio twice a day but I was running around getting all my xmas shopping done so I couldn’t make it to the gym to lift. I followed the diet to a T on both weekend days with one exception…my company's holiday party was sat night and I had two beers (can't turn down an ice cold killian's). Oh well…they were good Still running 60mcg of clen 2x a day. Had my last dose of benadryl last night (Monday) so hopefully my receptors are um, recepting better…hehe. I also am still running anavar 5mg ED.

oh yeah the benadryl gets me good. but im only taking it every 3rd week and that week is over. do you think i should keep taking it with the clen and all? wont my body get used to it and defeat the purpose? why dont you like melatonin?

Doesn't have to be benadryl.
There's Claritin; periactin... etc.
I'm just not sure how safe going over 3mg of Melatonin is. (tho i've used higher personally)

melatonin never worked for me, i use the benadryl now... or nyquil or theraflu when i really can't sleep!

I was on the floor for hours. I know it doesn't seem that funny but it struck me so funny that I busted out laughing.

Well my mom and sister dropped in unexpectedly, which was nice. But we ended up going to Telluride to board and have Xmas there. So, I was totally unprepared. I DID try and eat healthy the whole weekend (excluding xmas, but I was due for a cheat). Made sure that my meals had protein with either some fat or carbs. I may have mixed them a couple times, but not much. Couldn't lift…but I did cardio every day (again, excluding xmas) and boarded. I may have even lost more weight than I would of if I was here. Lol.
Anyway, I'm back now and should be good to go from now on. Im woking on new years so that shouldn’t be an issue. I sooo cant wait till the holidays are over.
