Cutting cycle advice

I was getting ready to do a cutting cycle and I need a little advice on a few things. I'm about 12%-15% body fat and just want to get ripped and shredded. Here's what I was thinking:

Preload with Sustanon 250 the first two weeks at 500 mg each week.
Then:
Weeks 1-10: 700 mg test enant./ 400 mg EQ
Weeks 11-15: 700 mg test enant. / 75 mg tren EOD/ 35 mg anavar ED

And follow up with the proper clomid therapy.
I will be doing cardio 5 days a week; 2 Mi. in the morning
And lifting at night.

What I was wondering is if I should run the tren and the var at the beginging or at the end of the cycle?

Also, this is the only gear that I have on hand right now so I want to make the best of it.
