    Here is my basic Monday, Wednesday, Friday diet.

    (Numbers all according to Diet Analyzer 1.1, a program on the campus network.)

    This is just my two breakfasts (7 30 AM and 9 30 AM) and my post workout shakes, Muscle Milk and CytoGainer.

    ~Since the cafeteria serves a different lunch/dinner each day, it is hard to get an average. They basically serve foods high in carbs, like pastas and potatoes. I'll usually have a Tuna Sandwich before practice, so consider that also.

    Protein: 227

    lol yeah, the guy at the grill is pretty cool. He always knows what Im gonna order because I come and eat so often everyday.

    ~ Seemed like a very good bench press day. I have started "Gary Edwards 4 week bench routine", so we'll see how it ends up. Also, I checked the forums on proper bench posture - turns out mine was horrible. I will be practicing better posture in the workouts to come.

    ~ Did my lats today. One guy from our Rugby squad lifted with me today, pretty big guy (plays prop 6'3'', 260). Needless to say, I was stronger in the majority of the lifts today! Felt damn good being a freshman and beating a junior in the weight room. Coach was quite impressed, also.

    this may be kinda weird for some people, but for shrugs i jump on the standing calf extension machine, put my heels on the bar and shrug the pads up on my shoulder instead of dipping....maybe this will save you a bit of $ before you buys straps...keep on kicking ass bro!! Show them Juniors !!

    That's actually a great suggestion.

    I use to do that at my old gym before i broke the machine doing calves

    right on - ill try that next week. great suggestion. I was hoping not to buy straps being as im broke ya know, lol.

    It was really an angled hack squat machine... i use to lay facedown on the machine and do calves.

    Anyway... i was young dumb and full of cum.. my calves are hella strong.

    I piled on all the weight as usual.. and was going tru my routine.

    The Pad which rests on your traps... is attached to the general aparatus by a cross beam..

    It had been cracked before by being overloaded with weight.

    The gym owner sent it to be re-welded..and reinforced..

    But that wasn't enough.

    In the middle of my set.. the combined effect of the amount of weight i was using ( i believe it was about 630 lbs) and gravity.. and force (my reps were done explosively) was too much for the re-welded joint.. so it broke.. leaving the neck pads resting on my traps.. and the weight falling towards my toes.

    I got it stopped.. reflex action.. I was lucky.

    But that's the story.

    I've broken other machines tho...

I injured my left shoulder on practice thursday evening, so I've just been letting it heal as best it could. It's a bone injury, so thats better than screwing up tissue.     My pump was incredible tonight, I felt like the ****ing man walking around the gym. I was bigger that guys that have been lifting since I was born! The looks I was getting from some of the regulars was great, one of the guys that I've looked up to just because he's a beast came up and started a conversation with me. Turns out he's a really nice guy and wants to train Chest with me tuesday morning!

    I'll be hitting the gym Tuesday morning, then its back on the road for four hours to get to school! I'll update you guys tomorrow evening - PEACE!

    There going better - shoulder is still kind of effed, but I can't feel it when I'm lifting so it's fine! Man I can't wait for the next few weeks, my pump at the gym tonight was incredible. Hope they get better and better each workout.

    ~ Well, the test is definantly working. My nuts are shruken [ha!] and I've got a very small amount of bacne going on... Excited to see some big gains in about a week !! Update ya'll soon - I'll be traveling about 10 hrs this weekend for a rugby tournament, so you'll hear from me sometime after that.

    it may sound like bull but theres tons of stuff you can do on a 10 hour ride that will keep your blood pumping, on those kinda trips i feel like i'm cheated out of a workout. Keep going bro !! Test should rock your freakin socks!!

    Update

    Sorry for the lack of updates lately, been real busy w/ tournaments, school and lifting! Those three combined are pretty exhausting.

    Anyways, my weight is holding strong at 240 lbs. I've got a tournament coming up real soon [leaving this saturday] in Mexico, which I've already addressed earlier.

    I've started a new routine, and I am currently on phase #2. Later this evening I'll go into more detail about the concepts of this type of training. I'll tell you what, it kicks my ass more than MAX-OT ever did

    Ehh, you'd be surprised. Pictures are of poor quality. I am getting body fat mesuring this weekend before I leave, and also a number of other things. Blood levels, urine sample, all that. I'll post better pictures when I am finished, hopefully by then I am OK, "body wise" in your opinion, to juice.
