Mass Cycle....250+ Time
here is my new cycle i started today.....tell me what you guys think....
my stats ....
6'1
222lbs
17.5inch arms
26.5inch legs
46.75inch chest
16 inch calves
what i am looking to get out of this cycle is MASS.....
i have a short term goal of reping 405lbs soon....i am putting up 350lb now..
week 1-4 dbol 30mgs
week 1-14 enan 700mgs per week
week 1-12 deca 500mgs
pct two weeks after last test shot....
i will probably use insulin on this cycle ....... i used it last cycle it turned out real well.....at 10ius pwo.....for 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off....
i am using dbol and deca now.....do i need to use more nolvedax then 10mgs a day?

Looks good mate. Stick with 10mg Nolvadex unless you start to see sides.

its been about a week...and i have gained 8lbs of water mass......score....whos jealous? jk...
i increased the dbol to 40mgs per day....for four weeks

oh yeah i weighted myself tonight i am at 233lbs.......i am now reping 320lbs on bench 4 times.....i heart steroids .....

I'd say after you finish with your bulk shed some weight and trim up. If anything is lacking I'd say it's just overall development that only time can help sculpt you. Great base to work off of and broad frame, keep at it.

i am moving my workouts to the gym at my school.....i have doing the back yard workout thing for a long time now....i just cant do all the things i need to do....today i am 236lbs...only 5 days left of dbol .....
thinking about doing some hum**** R in weeks six....i did this last cycle...it turned out real well....

up the cals my man..the gains will continue as long as your cals are always adjusted as your gaining weight.

my calves are 17 inches now....arms are still 18(1/16).....chest is 47.5

Today at the gym i did delts and forearms...
military press....
135 warm up....12 reps
225 4 reps
225 4 reps
225 5 reps
shoulder shrugs
300 7reps
300 7reps
300 7reps
i dont know the name of this one...where you keep your arms locked and lift it up to your chin or higher
45 6reps
65 6reps
85 6reps
then some forearms....

I did a quick workout today...of just pecs
i started with flat bench
135lbs 10 times warmup
225lbs 10 times
345lbs 3 times
305lbs 3 times
275lbs 7 times
incline bench
225lbs 4 times
245lbs 3 times
235lbs 4 times
i bench 345lbs 3 times today i had the girlfriend spotting....
that roughly means that my max bench is 370lbs..
whatever i can bench three times, i can bench 25lbs more once...
rule of thumb for me....

Id like to also add to be carefull with the quick strength increases...joints dont have time to catch up to the muscle and its an easy way to get hurt.

thank you big rob for the advice.....i kind of notice it when i am doing a heavy set of bench my arms will shake alittle on the way down on the first rep then after that i am smooth with my next couple reps...
big rob to be honest sort of....i am working on it....

Personally, I add a serving of healthy fats to each meal(aside form PWO and PPWO)
I dont do the whole macro matching..i mix all 3 together in each meal.
Its gotten me to 265lbs @ 19 years old. My strength is through the roof.
Especially since your on cycle, you should take advantage of the extra test and pack down a TON of Cals...I try to get in about 6000 cals a day..
