50mcg of T3
Current wieght 283.7lbs as of 4pm this afternoon

today at 4pm i was at 281.9
i have not wieght myself yet today but i will get back to this post later with that.
I figured i would put up some numbers that i plkan on doing in the long run
Day 1 Clen 60mcg / T3 50mcg
Day 2 Clen 80mcg / T3 60mcg
Day 3 Clen 100mcg / T3 60mcg
Day 4 Clen 100mcg / T3 80mcg
Day 5 Clen 120mcg / T3 80mcg
Day 6 Clen 120mcg / T3 100mcg
Day 7 Clen 140mcg / T3 100mcg
Day 8 Clen 140mcg / T3 100mcg
Day 9 Clen 140mcg / T3 100mcg
Day 10 Clen 160mcg / T3 100mcg
Day 11 Clen 160mcg / T3 100mcg
Day 12 Clen 200mcg / T3 120mcg
Day 13 Clen 200mcg / T3 120mcg
Day 14 Clen 200mcg / T3 120mcg
Then i am going to taper off the T3
Day 15 T3 100mcg
Day 16 T3 100mcg
Day 17 T3 80mcg
Day 18 T3 80mcg
Day 19 T3 60mcg
Day 20 T3 60mcg
Day 21 T3 40mcg
my protien intake a day is around 250grams
also takeing tuarine and potassium.

Have fun losin lots of muscle my man. T3 is very catabolic at those high doses. You'll need to add an anabolic with doses that high. Blown_SC has told me before that if you keep the dose low, (under 50mcg) you should be able to keep most of your existing muscle.

I'd still monitor at 50mcg..you could even see fine results at 25mcg.
how is the fat loss going?
and are you using the Spray Clen ?

i bump the clen up to 120 instead of 100 like i planned on doing in the beggining, i am handleing this clen real well. The T3/30
current wieght 280.0 today but wieghed in on a empty stomach. Cardio also got cut short
Do you wish you started at 100 mcg per day now, or woul you still reccomend starting at 50 and gradually increasing?

ok went with 160/clen and 30/T3. wieght was 279.2 at end of workout
today i stuck with the 160/clen and 30/t3, i was wieghing 277.0 this morning before morning cardio. today after workout i was at 278.2 so i am making a slow but steady decline in my wieght.
im following so keep it up man, lookin fwd to seeing your results
