My Dianabol Journey
I'm starting this More for myself and whoever gets board and feels like reading about a newbie's trails and errors... but please keep comments constructive
anyhow this is my cycle, its quite simple and i plan to see it through and give it 100% dedication.
I'll try to keep it up with the best use of my time including the meals and workouts with each week.
week 1- (15mg dbol ) (50mg Halodrol 50) (1500mg Fish oil) (4 a day Milk Thistle)
week 2-(20mg dbol) (50mg Halodrol 50) (1500mg Fish oil) ( 4 a dayMilk Thistle)
week 3-(25mg dbol) (50mg Halodrol 50) (1080mg Fish oil) (4 a day Milk Thistle)
week 4-(30mg dbol) (100mg Halodrol 50)(1080mg Fish oil) (5 a day Milk Thistle)
week 5-(30mg dbol) (100mg Halodrol 50) 1080mg Fish oil) (6 a day Milk Thistle)
week 6-(25mg dbol) (50mg Halodrol 50) (1080mg Fish oil) (5 a day Milk Thistle)
As of now I am 6'0" 220 pounds, my goal is basically to see where this takes me as far as size gains.
Day 1 week 1 feeling=
woke up, 2 cups of oatmeal, 6 egg whites 2 yolks, banana and a fruit bowl
took one 5mg tab
went to class, felt awesome, all of my previous anxiety dissapeared, i was really having a good time.
came home 40g Protein 55g Carbohydrate shake creatine suppliment 10mg dbol
workout was supersetts of bicep/tricep and deltoids/traps
I find it easier to isolate the tricep after i have ridden myself out of any availible cheating strength by working delts and traps first
another shake post workout
before dinner =6 pieces of dry toast in MaltoMeal
dinner =fat bowl of steamed red beans lean beef chuck and steamed rice
right before bed a nice bowl of cottage cheese and some cantelope
Feeling great tommorow is gonna be a blast!!!

Watch out
What is halidrol?
Watch your BP and drink lots of water. Dbol only cycles are frowned against here but keep it under five weeks IMO.
Get some nolva in case gyno rears its bitchy head.
Keep us posted and lift hard: dbol makes you strong as an OX so take advantage of it to tear down some fiber and eat eat eat.

I have a clomid pct planned and its on standby,plus i got my doctor on call...trust me tits look great, just not on me
under 5 is what i've read....depending on week 2 i may just increse dosage on week 3/4 and run it for five

oh halodrol is my little over the counter good luck charm....its great for just keeping intensity and for some reason my body likes it...in all honesty it works for me but i dont know if its mental or not

Keep the milk thistle dosage constant tru-out the cycle.
5 tabs (1 gr) should be the minimum

Thanks dude i was slightly uncertain about that 5 a day? will do
i wanted to calculate into the fact that i would ease out of it more than just abruptly stop the dosage thats why i dropped of the mg towards the end of the cycle
my family has a history of dependancy and i have no vices other than sex thus far and dont want to add any more lol

Abruptly stopping from 30 will be just the same as abruptly stopping from 25. If you have any suppresion, all you are doing is decreasing the mass you could gain while staying suppressed for the last week

Day 2 week 1 feeling
shake and 2 bananas for breakfast- gotta wake up earlier before class
went to class felt ok really wanted to work out though
3 oranges and an apple a couple tortilla's mid snack
worked a bit----training is sooo gay on the computer
6 egg whites 2 yolks fat bag of turkey breast shredded all in one skillet on wheat bread yummy!!
went back to class really getting ansy at this point

lat pull downs... your my bitch haha no but i had an good work out but i have trouble isolating the inner part of my mid-upper back, i've treid alot of different stuff just gonna have to work harder on that so i dont feel cheated
shake* bowl of fruit
dinner was tuna with hard boiled eggs asparagus and corn all mixed up on wheat bread
before bed snack cottage cheese and a banana
water consumption was a bit low gotta step that up a bit, damn professors and their "no drinking in class" bullshit
gonna improve and kick ass tommorow

Day 3 week 1
day 3 week 1 feeling
woke up late once again had a shake with oat meal
went to class
fast bowl of carbs rice
fruit
went to the airport got really ansy on the drive
shake
super ab and hip flexor workout
shake
bowl of potatoes and beef with carrots
later on prolly some cottage cheese and fruit
for some reason im just not feeling antyhing yet...maybe it takes a week i dunno but my workouts are intense but only because i'm pushing myself i dont feel like i'm getting any outside help that wasnt already there before....oh well
water intake came back up today was feeling great physically

oh my god
It.....kicked.......IN!! day 4 week 1 feeling:
oh my god that was awesome
meals= same as day 1
workout today was legs up and down
i walked passed myself in the mirror and did a slightly comical double take,,, although not cut, my muslces were more rounded and well shaped ...I was noticeably bigger
my lats were still swolen from yesterdays pump my triceps bi's and forearms retained that nice swell from day 1
holly crap i'm freaking excited t see leg developement in a couple days, i'm half tempted to write a 3 page essay on why steroid use should be legalized.
I feel great! this was an awesome boost of confidence cant wait for tommorows workout

well to be honest Hellmask I do not know 100 percent that it is working how i planned. Through the research i have done and recommendations people have made the milk thistle should be preventing any liver damage. I have not felt thus far any sort of pains, i dont have any history with alcohol and every two weeks i was planning on having my doc check my blood/urine work for any irregualrities. Is there something you reccomend to better my chances of not retaining any permanent damage?

Day 5 week 1 feeling
woke up after a long long night of cardio
fruit bowl and cream of wheat for breakfast out of eggs so i threw some turkey in there ( yes i can eat fruit mixed with cream of wheat and turkey yumm)
more cardio ...lol college rocks my socks (I know Mickey, women make you weak in the knee's)
tuna bowl with grilled onions wheat bread
shake w/glutamine
bi's tri's and forearms
shake
later on i got two ground chuck patties and a bowl of cottage cheese with my name on it

hmm well after 5 days on i'm really feeling great, i've been lacking in my diet a bit so i need to work on that more. i need to seriously make more time for cardio too its extremely important to me in the long run and if i dont get on that i'm just wasting my time,

no headaches so far, but then again my dosage is still low, I sleep like a freaking rock though an di like it.... BP, i'm going to the doc in like 4 days, i'm not very good at checking myself, should i go to one of those little free ones where you sit down at the pharmacy?

Day 6 week one feeling :Emo
i wanna go workout really bad, i got cheated out of my diet today and i feel like a complete imbarassing failure, turkey ground chuck grilled...you would think thats what it would be, but no.......I eat half the mother fricker and my sister is like HEY!! thats my pork sandwich!!! .....i literally dropped it on the ground and walked away....
I dont know what to say this is horrible
other than that i had a good swim today, anyone who likes to use swimming laps as their cardio should try doing breast stroke backwards, the swim advisor showed me how to do it and its badass!
other than all that water consumption was great feeling ok other than the diet slip,
I know alot of guys do a cheat meal, but i cant, i absolutely cannot do it, i'll fall off the edge of the world and never return

yeah dude those beds suck!! thats why when i saty at my girlfriends dorm we conserve room on the matress by sleeping on top of eachother, helps the cardio too.....
split wed- bis/tris/forearms\chest
thursday - Back
Friday- abs/ hips
saturday- / legs
sunday- delts traps
mon-tuesday= off days, not by choice just the way the schedule works
this week has been hectic though and havent had good control over the proper days in which i should dedicate to each group
for some reason its like "gym season" or something and like 8 guys in a group will waste all time at one station and ruin any chance i have to get in there
I know they are trying hard to get into shape but i definately think they should use basic gym courtesy

end of week one progress = =6 pounds strength and size gains are evident
and i'm gonna really train harder next week on the upp'd dosage

I would really like to see some pics, current...and about 2-4 weeks after your done. Your taking 2 substances that do about that same thing. The supplement you are taking is a metabolite of Turinabol , which is a steroid that has about half the anabolic , and androgentic effects of dianabol . It's basically dianabol without the bloat, and massive strength gains. If you were to take the real halodrol, you would be ****ing agresssive as no other...its also poison to your body. I'm very interested as to how this goes for you...hope you dont lose everyting.

i'm growing at a steady pace, at this point i'm viewing my intake of dianabol as more of a suppliment, the halodrol is a definate help in the strength aspect of my gains but by no means should i expect to lose more than perhaps 30 percent of the total gains. as for the agression, i'm slightly edgy but by no means overly aggressive, i'd like to think i have the ability to chanel that side effect into my training.

oh and as for the pics.....i live in an area where alot of people are on the internet for hours and hours daily...if i got kicked out of school because of some kid found a cycle i did, then my life would be ruined.....perhaps later on......i'll let my stats speak for themselves when i'm done.

The 'real' Halodrol steroid is called Halotestin . If you learn and use the correct name, there wont be any confusion
