anyhow this is my cycle, its quite simple and i plan to see it through and give it 100% dedication.
I'll try to keep it up with the best use of my time including the meals and workouts with each week.
week 1- (15mg dbol) (50mg Halodrol 50) (1500mg Fish oil) (4 a day Milk Thistle)
week 2-(20mg dbol) (50mg Halodrol 50) (1500mg Fish oil) ( 4 a dayMilk Thistle)
week 3-(25mg dbol) (50mg Halodrol 50) (1080mg Fish oil) (4 a day Milk Thistle)
week 4-(30mg dbol) (100mg Halodrol 50)(1080mg Fish oil) (5 a day Milk Thistle)
week 5-(30mg dbol) (100mg Halodrol 50) 1080mg Fish oil) (6 a day Milk Thistle)
week 6-(25mg dbol) (50mg Halodrol 50) (1080mg Fish oil) (5 a day Milk Thistle)
As of now I am 6'0" 220 pounds, my goal is basically to see where this takes me as far as size gains.
Day 1 week 1 feeling=![]()
woke up, 2 cups of oatmeal, 6 egg whites 2 yolks, banana and a fruit bowl
took one 5mg tab
went to class, felt awesome, all of my previous anxiety dissapeared, i was really having a good time.
came home 40g Protein 55g Carbohydrate shake creatine suppliment 10mg dbol
workout was supersetts of bicep/tricep and deltoids/traps
I find it easier to isolate the tricep after i have ridden myself out of any availible cheating strength by working delts and traps first

before dinner =6 pieces of dry toast in MaltoMeal
dinner =fat bowl of steamed red beans lean beef chuck and steamed rice
right before bed a nice bowl of cottage cheese and some cantelope
Feeling great tommorow is gonna be a blast!!!
