i will be updating 5 days a week on this sometimes more depends anyways im 192 right now my pics are in the members pics section. im currently 14 weeks out! here is my diet i do need some help on some stuff i know the basics (burn more cal. than you eat) lol !but i need to be right on so i dont lose any size but i lose fat!
meal 1 = 2 scoops whey protein with 8 oz water also in this meal i eat 2 packages of oatmeal.
meal 2= 8 oz of chicken with green beans and small amount of peanut butter for fat.
meal 3 = preworkout meal = glass of tea (for simple carbs right before workout) and 8 oz of chicken
meal 4 = postworkout meal= glass of tea again with protein shake same as above protein shake and 2 1/2 packages oatmeal
meal 5= 9 oz chicken with green beans and 1/2 cup rice
meal 6= 6 oz of chicken this is about 2 hours before bed ....i didnt want to get alot of food in me right before i sleep.
also 15 min. of cardio after workout...i will be changing this to morning on an empty stomach at 10 weeks out!
thats it i know i need some help im not sure how many carbs i should be taken in simple and complex thats my main problem right now im taken in around 175-220 but keep in mind when i bulk i take in well over 350. but just help cause i have a good bit of time to change things ! im losing fat but i just not sure im doin it perfectly so help...oh and im on 500mg of test right now.
