    Post 9 week pheraplex/superdrol cycle results!

    I did a 9 week oral cycle as follows:
    Weeks 1-3 Pheraplex @ 20 g
    week 4 pheraplex @ 20 mg and superdrol @ 20 mg
    week 5-6 superdrol @ 20 mg
    week 7-8 superdrol @ 30 mg
    week 9 superdrol @ 20 mg

    Sides: loss of sex drive, lots of nose bleeds during last 2 weeks, lethargy

    Weight Gain: 160 - 175lbs. (lean muscle gains)

    strength gains:
    BEFORE:------AFTER:
    bench -
    240/10--------230/10
    245/7---------250/8
    250/6---------275/6 (w/spot on last)
    275/4---------285/4 (w/spot on last)

    Deadlift -
    225/10--------245/10
    275/8---------315/8
    315/6---------365/6

    Squat -
    225/10--------225/10
    245/7---------255/10
    260/6---------295/4
    185/8---------300/3

    I'm only almost finished my first week of my PCT which is as follows:
    week 1+2 (day 1 - 14) .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
    week 3+4 (day 15 - 28) .25mg L-dex + 75mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
    week 5 (day 29 - 35) .25mg L-dex + 20mg Nolva
    week 6 (day 36 - 42) .25mg L-dex

    **as a note for what's below, i don't feel like typing out when and how i spread out dosages**
    Liver Protectants:
    Alpha Lipoic Acid @ 100mg (throughout cycle and during pct)
    L-Cysteine @ 1000mg (throughout cycle and during pct)
    Milk Thistle @ 600mg (during pct)

    Cholesterol: (i take these every day regardless)
    Dr. Sears Zone: OmegaRx (these are very high quality omega-3) @ 8000mg

    Prostate:
    Saw Palmetto @ 1350mg (throughout cycle and during pct)

    While 15lbs in 9 weeks is good, after comparing it with people getting 10 in 4 weeks, it doest look that great

    You must not have been pushing yourself in your workout with those lack of gains. For example, after my 4 week SD cycle, my bench went from 275 x 5 to 345 x 4

    i'm halfway into my second week of pct and im stil getting stronger. my last set of bench was up 5lbs for 4 reps. as a note, this is my 4th prohormone cycle and im 5'5 with 17.5 inch arms. i don't think phera/super is an optimal stack because for me at least, the phera kicked in way too late. for the time of the year that this cycle was taken, i think i might have been better off just doin 6 weeks of superdrol. in the winter, i could def. see doin a 6 week cycle of pheraplex cause i think it's better for mass and strength

    Sorry guys but i think that 15 pounds of muscles in 2 months is very good.

    In my opinion your dead lifts should be alot higher, i couldnt touch your weights on bench but i hit 405 of 5 on dead lifts all natural at 17

    First of all, why did you run these orals for 9 weeks? They're both steroids btw. Decent gains but you didn't appear ready to start to begin with at 160lbs...

    What does body weight have to do with anything? What if he's just short? Isnt it more about muscle maturity. By his stats he's pushing up close to double his body weight in bench. I know its never safe to assume but im going to assume anyway that most of the people on the board werent as close to doing that before they started their first cycle.
