    PCT results journal

    ok i think i am going to keep a 4 week journal of my pct results. the reason for this is i find pct more important than my cycle. i have had a very successfull pct before and then the last one i didnt take as serious due to problems on the cycle (legnth, shutdown) i was out of it mentally and took a big hit during my pct. so i just finished a 13 week dbol, test, deca cycle. i started at 175lbs (lowest weight in 2 years) and will be going into my pct at 195. my goal is to lose 2-3 lbs. at most 5! so by april 25th hopefully i will be reporting in at 190 or higher. here is my strategy that i wll take that is very similar to my other successful cycle.

    day 1- 300mgs clomid
    days 2,3 200mgs clomid
    days 4-21 100mgs clomid
    days 22-30 150mgs clomid
    20mgs nolva ed 1-30
    tribulus 8g week 1 did but needed to drop down due to stomache problems
    5g weeks 2-4 dropped down to 4gs day
    creatine ed
    b12 caps ed

    i put the creatine in there and didnt mention things like glutamine, protein and other supplements like that because that stuff i use year round. creatine i only usually factor into pct to maintain stregnth gains. so goals are to maintian consistency and appetite throughout. i will report back with update in 1 week.

    currently 5'7" 195 lbs
    arms 18"
    waist 33"
    will update legs and chest size tommarow..

    okay, my first update on my pct. i am now 9 days into my pct with some good and not so great results. first my wieght is still around 195. it has been fluctuating between 193-195 all week. stregnth is still very good. motivation is great. i really credit this to the noxplode creatine i take pre workout. it just energizes me and keeps me strong. as far as my sex drive goes im not sure how to rate it really. i have moments where i have no problem then other moments where i dont really even care for it. i think that it going ok tho.

    now for the non positive things that ive seen so far. i had to adjust some of my dosages that i originally posted. i went to the 100mgs of clomid 2 days sooner which i will follow out to the end. i have been having some pretty bad stomach aches and been in the shitter alot. i think that it is due to the amount of trib i have been taking. after a couple days i dropped down to 4.5g/day. it has helped a bit but still not sure if thats completly what it is.
    My moods have been a little off as well. which i know can be a side from clomid. i have noticed that at some points in the day i am in a great mood. then there are nights where i sit there very irritable and anything anyone does makes me wanna snap. i try to be alone then. my girl is pretty understanding. i tell her if i think im feeling that way when it happends and she backs off a bit. then there have been a night where i feel extremly depressed but for no specific reason. so the mood changes suck.

    i have a question for anyone with knowledge on the subject. i have noticed some hair loss. the other night i lifted my head off the pillow and there were a bunch of small hairs on the pillow. that bothered me. is this common to happen during pct. i didnt see any loss during cycle. is there any recommendations on how to take care of this.?

    overall so far i am satisified. my body seems to be hanging on well to my gains. the mood changes i know will eventually go away. i only have to deal with them for a couple more weeks.

    yes it seems to be going just as planned. i never really thought about clen. i was always a small build and now im at my heaviest weight.(it scares me to lose weight even if im losing just fat. its all mental) im actually trying to shred up a little bit on what im doing now and im happy how its heading. my goal is to keep this body weight and shed a little fat. im in the process of planning my summer cycle which at this point may consist of var, prop, tren, winny. which will be the first "Cutter" that i will ever be doing.

    Ok update. i am now on day 15 of my PCT. dosages stayed about the same. im doing trib at 4g day. my balls have gained some good size. lol. i am not horny much but dont really have a problem getting into it when needed. acne has still been perfectly fine. which is probably the biggest surprise of my pct. this is normally the time of year i get it the worse.

    here is my small downfall. im bouncing around between 190-192. which means i am about 5lbs less then when i started. my goal was to not lose more hten the 5lbs. so this week tho i am forced to try to add a bit more calories to my diet. i figured that if i can get 2500-3k a day i should be able to put back a lb or 2. its not the biggest deal tho since i do think that im looking more lean and muscular than i have in a while.

    so far soo good. weather is getting nicer out. really looking forward to june/july to begin my summer cycle. i will post back.

    okay 23 days into my pct. i am going to be finished in 1 week. i did bump up the clomid to 150mgs/day to try and finish up strong. still a little problems with the sex drive. acne is still good and clear. i do still feel good in the gym and have been strong. my current weight is 191. so im -4. still on track for making my goals. no mood swings this past week which is an improvment

    okay so i decided to post up a few pics i took today. mainly to see the gains i kept as im in the last week of my pct. some angles werent great as i didnt have help i used the self timer and put it on the shelf. lol. anyways i dont have any older pics to compare progress, i decided to do it to be able to look back in the future to see the results to go with the journal.in the pics i am currrently at 190lbs, 5'7". i didnt take leg pics because i am the first to admit they are lagging a bit.

    good job bro.. its obvious to see your dedication which is great.. keep us updated and good luck.. and your very right about the PCT being just as if not more important than the cycle..

    wow what a bad turn of events. as everything was going smoothly i decided to start playing bball again. which i havnt played in like 2 years. i did this to build up my cardio/endurance. well anyways first time i get the ball yesterday i take a hop step and my knee just gave out!!! i hyperextended it. so now i am stuck in bed for a few days. cannot walk at all!! the xrays looked good but still gotta go to a knee doc and have an mri taken. i am going to try my hardest to eat as much as i can but its going to be hard keeping an appetite with the pain meds that i have to take...!!! this bad luck crap always happends to me...
