ok i think i am going to keep a 4 week journal of my pct results. the reason for this is i find pct more important than my cycle. i have had a very successfull pct before and then the last one i didnt take as serious due to problems on the cycle (legnth, shutdown) i was out of it mentally and took a big hit during my pct. so i just finished a 13 week dbol, test, deca cycle. i started at 175lbs (lowest weight in 2 years) and will be going into my pct at 195. my goal is to lose 2-3 lbs. at most 5! so by april 25th hopefully i will be reporting in at 190 or higher. here is my strategy that i wll take that is very similar to my other successful cycle.
day 1- 300mgs clomid
days 2,3 200mgs clomid
days 4-21 100mgs clomid
days 22-30 150mgs clomid
20mgs nolva ed 1-30
tribulus 8g week 1 did but needed to drop down due to stomache problems
5g weeks 2-4 dropped down to 4gs day
creatine ed
b12 caps ed
i put the creatine in there and didnt mention things like glutamine, protein and other supplements like that because that stuff i use year round. creatine i only usually factor into pct to maintain stregnth gains. so goals are to maintian consistency and appetite throughout. i will report back with update in 1 week.
