Week 4 ended and now i`m 13kilos less when i started my cutting cycle.
I started at 105kgr with 35% bf and now i`m 92kgr with 24%bf
I`ll continue till i reach 14% and then start some juice

good progress bro but i dont know those numbers,most of us young americans are illiterate when it comes to conversions.actually let me just speak for myself,im illiterate when it comes to conversions,nevertheless sounds like you have worked hard bro,keep it up
good work my friend..but maybe you might want to consider slowing down a bit. I know that you have went from 35% to 24% but if you lose more then 1-3lbs a week..approx 1kg you are going to lose some hard earned quality muslce. Try to slow it down a bit..and when you get to that 14% you will have more to show off.
Just my 2 cents..
The strange think is that yesterday i went for bf test and the results were:
From 70kgr lean mass know it show 78.5kgr and from 24%bf now it shows 21.50%
Weight from 92kgr went 91.50kgr
The only think that i changed these days was some carb up that i decided to do.
I`m really confused but very very happy with the results wich we run 3 times in case the machine made a mistake.

What does your diet look like.....also how is your cardio schedual?
