    First Clen Cycle

    I figured I would log my progress because I feel the others that have done the same, have helped me out with preparation and information.

    I started my clen today (from Lion). Took one pump(20MCG), actually I think I took two because the pump wouldn't work at first.(40MCG). I plan to ramp up to 100-120MCG day in two or three doses. I have been working out for 15years (competitve power lifter) and used Ephedra and Ephedrine for several years. I have only been taking Xenadrine(Ephedra Free) for the past 10-months however.

    I am currently 6' 221 lbs and don't go by BF% but rather by measurements. I have about a 32.5 inch waist which I would say puts me at about 12-13%.

    I am looking to lose about 4-5% in a month before I start my AAS cycle consisting of probably 100 mg of Prop/100 mg of Fina EOD. I may take Winny instead of the Fina.

    My diet is pretty tight, especially Mon-Friday. I do allow myself to cheat on weekends a bit, but am going to tighten that up for the next month as well.
    Typical weekday consists of:

    8:00 Can of Tuna/Apple
    10:45 Detour Bar
    1:00 Can of Tuna/Yam
    4:00 Chicken/Multi Grain Bread
    7:30 PWO-Myoplex Shake with peanut Butter and a complex carbohydrate
    9:15 About 25 more grams protein and maybe a bit of fat

    ****may up my protein a bit while on clen to 250/150-175/75

    Calories range=2000-2500

    Multi-Vitamin(2x), Flaxseed oil (2x), Taurine(2X), Potassium pills

    Cardio-5-6 days a week. Sometimes ellipitcal for 25min/walk another 5.....sometimes bike ride for 45 minutes. moderate intensity on both.

    Took First pump a hour and a half ago........did notice a bit of tingling in my left leg(numbness). but that subsided in a matter of minutes. Other than that nothing out of the ordinary.

    First day went fine.......felt a little "different"...not bad, just different.

    Work out went well

    Chest day:

    incline dumbells- 2 warmups sets of 15
    100'sx12
    110'sx10
    120'sx8
    130'sx7

    Dips-
    BWx35
    +45 lbs x20
    +60 lbs x15 drop to BW x15
    +60 lbs x15 drop to BW x17

    Machine pec dec
    x10 drop to push up's x10
    x10 drop to push up's x10
    x8 drop to push up's x8

    Cardio-25 minutes elliptical 5 minutes treadmill

    Diet was spot on yesterday.

    Had no real issues with the clen . Am upping to 60 mcg's today. Already took 40 and will take another 20 around 2:00. Slept just fine last night, no problem.

    Stats last night: 221 lbs

    Third day on............took 40mcg's this morning and will take another 40 at 2:00.

    No real side effects. Dd arms yesterday, not my strongest but a decent workout. Did another 30 minutes of cardio. Did not weigh myself, so I will update tomorrow. Feel a bit leaner, although I still feel my muscles are "full". Usually when I do this much cardio my muscles tend to get flat, but they are staying full.

    Slept like a baby again. Yesterday I took 60mcg's for my 2nd day of cycle and no sides as of yet. Have been thirsty, but I always drink a ton of water both at work and at the gym.

    Sorry, nothing exciting to report......will update tomorrow.

    Day four......

    Nothing to mention about day three. I was at 80mcg's and NO SIDES. Slept like a baby again. I sleep better on clen then I did on Xenadrine(ephedra free)

    Cardio only yesterday.....walked on treadmill fo 40 minutes.

    I bought a heart rate monitor and as I suspected when I was using the elliptical, my HR was 150-160, which is outside of my fat burning zone. So I am going to be on the treadmill or bike from now on.(125-135HR)

    Weighed in at 217.3 so I'm down 3.7 lbs but most of that is water from cleaning up my diet. Diet has been dead on all week.

    I'm starting to wonder if this liquid clen is BS............or if my receptors are shot from years of Ephedra abuse....but I do seem leaner already. I am upping to 100mcg's today and 120mcg's tomorrow. I will update tomorrow.


    Unfortunatley I just found out a close friend of mine had a massive heart attack this morning while working out..........he never touched anything, even ephedra..........kind of made it hard to swallow my clen this morning.

    Day five.......

    Weighed in at 211.7 this morning. Kind of scary, thats too much, too fast. I weighed 221 monday night. I know it's also because its morning and I just did cardio and haven't eaten and drank anything, but..........I think I will up my calories a bit.


    Did Shoulders, traps, and cardio last night.

    Smith military, side lat machine, smith upright rows, shrugs, incline front raises

    followed by 35 minutes on treadmill. Shoulders were weak, maybe from tough incline chest on Monday. Traps were strong, however.

    Took 100mcg's clen yesterday and still NO SIDES......NOTHING, will up to 120mcg's today.

    Got up at 6:15 to do 40 minutes on my mountain bike......was COLD out this morning. It's hard to keep heart rate in the 125-140 range on a moutain bike, but did the best I could. felt good. I am hoping that 120mcg's will cause no sides. I will probably cap at 140mcg's/day.

    Monday thru Friday- Mon night 221lbs.....Friday morning 211.7 lbs

    Will write more by Monday morning at the latest.

    Day #8 Up'd the dosage to 160mcg's/day. No sides at all. AS to my prior post, I have been weighin myself and I am 211-212 morning....217-219 at night. This is mostly just water weight and food eaten during the day.

    Did chest yesterday.....40 min on bike yesterday morning. Will do cardio PWO today because I need to sleep this morning. I hav noticed I am losing in the waist area, although I am not really losing any weight.

    I think I am going to take this for 6 weeks with Benadryl at week 3. This is only because I will be starting AAS at the end of the 6 weeks.

    I hope to get down to the 205-210 range. Nothing really else to say...

    Those thinking about clen , leave your questions here and I will answer best I can.

    hey man, i'm really enjoying reading this, i'm really looking to get started on something this summer, and i am looking around to see what works the best for people. I'm 20, about 5'11 225-230, i tore my acl in november so my days of losing weight were cut short. January of 2005 i was 290 pounds and i took NO supplements or anything, just straight diet and cardio and 5-6 days of lifting. Do you have any pictures or anything? im really looking to cut my body fat, which is my main problem right now. besides an ass load of loose skin haha.

    I use lions clen also , for me it produces about the same results as when i uses an eca combo , nothing to get excited about. Never tried another clen so not sure if its his clen or clen the drug period. your losing weight so fast in the beggining cause your cutting your carbs , its prob mostly water weight

    Day 9.......180mcg's still no major sides. Slight headache, dry mouth, thats it.

    40 min morning cardio on empty stomach.........No workout, went to watch the Sabres kick the @#! out of the Ottawa Senators AGAIN (3-0). Stanley Cup BOUND. Diet was on the mark, though. Brought GNC protein shakes with me to the game.

    Haven't weighed myself in 2 days but feel leaner (waist). My 34" belt doesn't even fit in the morning anymore. Will have to go to 31-32".

    The weird thing is I have been consistantly weighing 211 in the morning 7:30 AM and 218-219 at 8 PM. Is it possible to drink and eat 7 lbs and fluctuate that much EVERY DAY???

    So needless to say my results will be based on my 8 PM starting weigh in of 221 lbs.

    My goal is to get around 210 at 8PM by first week of June on a normal clean day of eating.

    I will update tomorrow. Tonight is shoulders/traps and PWO cardio. And maybe a dog walk.

    Hey Piepiezzz....I posted some info about me in another one of your threads. FYI. No sides yet up to 180mcgs a dose? Are you using Taurine and Potassium?

    Obviously it must be working if you are losing weight.......right?

    solace- Yes I believe it is working..........NO SIDES WHATSOEVER, accept a few "twinges" in my cest here and there.I am taking Taurine, not Potassium. I am trying to add potassium in my food, etc..and tons of water. The water probably helps the most. This morning I was 211 which was after my cheat meal last night (chicken Parm with garlic bread and an ice cream cone). Last Monday morning I was 214. The best part is I don't ffel like I lost any muscle. Had awesome workout yesterday. Back and traps. 40 min cardio in morning on empyy stomach on Saturday.....Sunday 40 min after 1 meal (10am) Today on empty stomach 35 min.

    pullups -4 sets of 10, nice and slow
    dumbell rows- 90 x12
    100 x10
    110x9
    120x8
    pullovers- 4 sets 15reps
    underhand pulldowns 4 sets 10,8,8,8
    upright rows- 115 lb x15
    125 lb x 12
    135 lb x10
    155 lb x8
    Shrugs- 4 sets 10,8,8,8


    Noticeably leaner without much bodyweight loss(which is good) I don't need to lose weight, I need to lose fat.

    Start Benadryl tonight, I will let you all know how that goes.

    that was my old diet............

    I revised a bit. But it's funny how everyone ripped that diet, however five years ago I went from 205 20% BF to 177 about 3-4% BF on a similar diet. I use to bench about 255 at the 205 weight however at 177 I did 405 and was ranked in the top 10 Jr.'s nationally........ all this in a year's time. And all on a very similar diet to this one........

    Like I said I have cleaned it up a bit........But also like I said I have benched 2.45 times my BW naturally.......so I must have been doing something right......

    So I think you may be a little harsh on my original diet.

    Constructive criticism may have been a little better than "that diet sucks". Gimme some reasons?!?!!? We can have a nutritional debate if you wish, I think alot of the diets in the diet forum suck, but I don't post that.

    DAy 15........

    Started my Benadryl last night sfter a good workout. Did 35 min cardio in AM on empty stomach then lifted after work. Felt good, actually increased my incline bumbell presses to 130's for 9. Nice and slow nine too.

    I took 50mg of Benadryl and it knocked me out. Didn't feel too shitty in the am though. No cardio this morning. I split it up. Am cardio Mon-Wed-Fri-SAt and PWO cardio Tue-Thurs-Sometimes Sunday......

    When I am done cutting I will cut back to 3 seesions per week. Feel even leaner today....haven't weighed myself since Mon morning. Probably won't til Friday or so. My diet has been dead on (except for Sunday night cheat meals) which is OK.

    Doing arms tonight and PWO cardio(35-40 min) walk at 125-140 BPM.

    I am capping clen at 160-180mcg's/day. I still have had NO NOTICEABLE SIDE EFFECTS.

    Hey, this is the first time I have checked out your thread and its great. Im currently into my 7th week of my cutting phase where only 4 weeks so far have been on my ECA. Im down from 5'11 189 to 5'11 170-172 so far. My diet is dead on with 5 - 7 meals a day 1800 - 2200 calories 50/30/20. Clothes are fitting much better and for the first time in my life I can see 2-4 abs. I was wondering after my ECA stack if a T3/Clen stack could be alright. Also Im 19 years old and have been lifting consistently with a proper diet for the past year and a half now. Im looking to get tighter,leaner and overall just a cut athletic look which I think im 70 percent of the way there. Any advice you can offer me, routine and lifting wise would be great, thank you.

    You could do a T3/Clen stack.....but not immediately after. Clen and ephedrine uses the same receptors. Since you've been on ephedrine for so long you may need to "recharge" your receptors. People suggest Benadryl or Ketotifen for a week before bed to recharge receptors.

    I'm currently just finishing my 1st week of clen. I've also done ECA before........but can't compare the two until I'm done clen.

    Thank you. For someone in my boat who is very close to his/her goal of attaining that 10-12 percent bodyfat and visible abs what else can you suggest, supplementing wise, routine wise or overall wise to help me get over the limit. I already have a tight regiment, 5 days of morning cardio, 5 days of lifting and a strict diet.

    Well...I've not done T3......I would suggest you try Clen ......just give yourself time between this ECA cycle and the clen one. I think if you keep everything tite after your ECA cycle......the clen one will push you into protruding abs!

    Day 17

    No real updates........Still no sides, diet is dead on, cardio twice yesterday because it was my day off from lifting. Morning and evening. Today is Shoulders, Traps, abs, cardio.

    Tomorrow morning cardio and then Legs at night.

    Still haven't weighed myself. Benadryl is making me extra tired all day and night. Keep pounding coffee to stay functional. I will be switching to T3 as soon as my Clen Cycle is over.

    Weigh in tomorrow night. Hope to be in the 214-215 range. That would be 6 lbs to date and I guarantee 95% of it is fat.

    Weighed in at 209.2 this morning..........first time under 210!!!! I believe I put on a bit of mucle as well, so I've lost even more fat than the 4-5 lbs on the scale. I will be 216 by tonight after eating, water, etc.

    Legs tonight. Did 45 min of cardio this morning on empty stomach. Kept heart rate around 130-135 the whole time. Feeling leaner. Veins definately more noticeable, even though they aren't "sticking out" yet.

    My 34" belt does not fit anymore, I'm going to have to
    a) Drill a hole in my 34" belt
    b) Buy a 31 or 32" NEW BELT

    I'll probably just drill a whole. Can't wait til Sunday...........Pizza

    I probably won't update until Monday morning. Just leave any questions for me and I will answer Monday morning.

    I had a fall back Piepiezzz.....My birthday week is this weekend. I partied hard last weekend...and prolly the next. I've stopped my clen until after the celebrations and debauchery are over. i'm still rooting for you dude....

    Don't know if this is still checked up on but great read. Just received Lions Clen . Just a few things to 100% do this study correctly. Any feedback would be appreciated.

    One pump is 20 mcg?

    When the dose gets higher it should be split up once after morning cardio and the other half around 3PM?

    Taurine 3g ED?

    Potassium 300mg ED
