    spaceman`s Lean mass .. 1st cycle

    Finally after years of training and several months reading about steroids , and getting help from experienced steroid users I feel it`s time to do my first cycle.
    I`m 29 years, been training from the age of 18, started at around 175lbs @15% bfat (i`m 6 foot 7 , so you can imagine hehe!). In my last bulk (naturally i ended 262Lbs at 18.5% bfat). I did an 7 week diet and i`m currently at 6 foot 7, 242Lbs , 12-14% bfat.

    A lot of people are not going to agree with this cycle but i`m gona give it a try. Gonna run it 12-14 weeks, have enough gear for 15 weeks :

    *Testoveron 500mg/10 days (Test E)
    *HCG 500iu`s starting with 3rd injection (24Hrs prior to Testoveron injection)
    *Clomid 50mg Days 1-14 (not PCT)
    *Proviron 75mg From Days 15-Last day of cycle
    *Nolvadex 10mg EOD from day 14 or as neccessary

    Might also be using :Orimeten Starting day21-35 (2 days on 2 days off, Repeat every 2 weeks), What do u think of this? PCT will consist of ; hcg/nolva/arimidex /25mcg t3/40mcgclen/orimiten

    4 wholemeal bread
    100 grams Lean Pork

    The Test isnt taken often enough at every 10 days. That needs to be spilt into two 250mg shots and shot every week on Monday and Thursday.

    Why Clomid in the cycle. ? Why the Orimeten ? There are a lot of Anti E's there already .

    I know a lot of guys who have gained from 250/test... imagine 350/week test.
    Orimeten is anti cortisol which will help maximise gains.

    from what i heard their is no from md they have some study on cortisol saying that their is no scientific evidence that backs up cortisol making u fat. pretty much saying all that cortislim products n shit are pretty much garbage.

    That`s why i asked for your input as i`m not sure about Orimeten. Will probably leave it out of cycle.
    From what i read cortisol Eats muscle not make you fat.

    The time has come!

    A friend injected me 250 in my left and 250 on my right glute. Virtually painless, pain : 2/10, more discomfort then pain!

    If my ass in not that sore i will inject myself in the thighs as it is more easier to manage.

    Current stats : 6 foot 7; 246Lbs @13-14% bfat
    Training : for over 10 yeas, and this is my first cycle

    Goals to increase some overall mass while remeaining @14%. especailly, calves, upper chest and shoulders.

    Will run a cycle in a years time to retain muscle while cutting with a low dose of t3 Maybe i`ll add some winstrol at the end not sure!

    BIceps :18.25"
    Thighs : 26.75"
    Calves : 17"
    Waist : 38" (was 41" 7 weeks ago!)

    Will keep u updated, cheerz

    hey guys im wondering since this guy is 6'7 shouldnt he be upping his dosage...cuz im sure the majority of people her are between 5'6-5'10 and were using the same amount as he is.

    My penis is slighty more sensitive.. i dont know how to explain LOL (i`m doing 14 days on clomid, before changing to proviron @75mg on week 3)
    I`m recovering faster after workouts.. I used to feel drained at night but now i feel good

    Today (day 7) I feel stonger!! The poundages i used to lift feel lighter.. strange!
    BIceps :18.25" , 18.25"
    Thighs : 26.75" , 26.75"
    Calves : 17" , 17"
    Waist : 38" , 38"
    Weight 242, 250 (+8lbs thanks to food )

    Will post photos as soon as i see visible improvemet in my physique.

    well bro at 500mgs every ten days thats 1500 mgs every thirty days i think u are running ur test way to low for ur body weight u wiegh 245 i think u should be running 500mgs a week if u want to see some good gains but its up to u ask soem of the mods or vets for some advice bro this is ur first cycle and that is the most important one really

    Thanks.. I am going to check how my body responds , if it does not respond i will bump it to 500/week.

    I`m doing 350 of test a week bro.. not 250; guess what it`s day 9 and i can feel test already I`m feeling better at the gym and i`m 20% hornier hehe

    The most thing that surprises me is the recovery... I`m recovering very well.

    I will update with pictures roughly every two weeks;

    Maybe Will add some masteron (300-400mg) and a low dose of t3 (37.5/50mcg) from week 9-14

    What do u think?

    day 10, Injected 250testoviron in each thigh.. This was my first self inject.. it was painless. Next time will try 500testoviron in one inject.

    I`m feeling good at the gym, libido is still high. I can feel something in me which gives me that extra push. RECOVERY is unbelievable!
    I train hard, but in the evening i feel guilty because i feel so good as opposed to darained when i was natural.

    Weighing 252 today

    Started proviron 50mg-75mg/day and ditched the Clomid I`m weighing 252lbs
    Diet is good, and libido is mid-high hehe

    Noted changes:
    Sweating continuesly especially after eating.
    My lovehandles are getting thighter!!
    Veins are darker (what`s happening?)
    Recovery is unbelievable.
    Sperm volume has halved.

    Hope the test will kick soon...

    yesterday had my first 500iu`s HCG and today i had 500mgtest into my right
    thigh. Everything went smooth.
    I`m not that tired at night and takes me a little while to get to sleep.

    This week , strenght was good , benchpress +22lbs, legpress +80lbs. Today though i felt like shit (is it the hcg?) or maybe the change of weather.

    I`m still weighing 252lb, but it seems i`m a little bit down in bodyfat. Hope test will kick in a week or so.

    Yesterday did HCG500iu`s and today 250+250TESTOVIRON in my left thigh. No pain at all.

    Strenght remains the same, but i`m up to 258lbs! started at 246lbs. 80% of the weight gain came from the increase in food. I`m eating roughly 4000-5000 calories/day

    For This week I`m gona try something new. I`m training on mon/wed/fri only, and on all days i`m gona train all body in one workout. It`s good to change a little bit so as not to adapt.

    New Veins are popping in both my shoulders. I`m not bloating at all. To tell you the truth i though i would explode but i`m only in the middle of week 4. Will give it time!

    10 days is too long to space it out. If you want around 500mg per week - which sounds more like what you should be aiming for - do 250mg of TE every 4 days (438mg per week)...

    Enanthate can not be shot once every 10 days - I hate spacing it as far as 4 or 5 days... but I am really anal about keeping even plasma levels. And it would take a long time to build up blood levels to even become effective. In fact, if I took a single shot of 250mg of testosterone enanthate today... in 10 days most of that single shot would be completely metabolized. Leading to a wild swing in androgen levels up - and then a big drop down. You need to keep stable for better results and less androgenic side effects. And even with shots every 4 days it can take weeks before your plasma levels are elevated (and stablizing) to where you get good results unless you frontload in the beginning... but thats another story. With 250mg of TE E4D... you can expect blood androgen levels to peek after week 4 and remain stable as long as you keep taking it evenly spaced every 4 days.

    Lesson learned...

    Weighing at 264lbs; It`s more than 6 weeks on test E and i`m not that happy with results (I expected more)
    I`m eating roughly 4400-5200 calories E.D.
    I added Deca in the mix after the 6th week, and 15mg winstrol to act as a progesterone antagonist. I`m gonna run this for 8 weeks together with test. Test will be run a week longer then wait 16days and start PCT with Arimidex /nolva/hcg /t3/clen .

    I`m taking steroids in the following pattern:
    250TEST E+200Deca Every 4thday
    15mg winstrol + 75mgproviron + 0.25nolvadex

    I Feel GOOD

    Will keep u updated guys

    why? because you need to complete a proper cutting diet meal plan and lose all that extra bf% before you begin your cycle. You will have your work cut out for you this way.

    btw : I dont think your 10-12% bf

    1st cycle = test e 500mgs/week 10-12 weeks + proper pct

    I wouldn't run test at 350mgs like you want too.

    Keep cutting. Your not ready. You dont need Clomid at 50mgs/ed if your trying to prevent gyno? you need nolvadex at 20mgs/ed.

    1st cycle should only be Test which I mentioned earier. What are you using for pct? I take it Proviorn 75mfs/ed last 15 days of cycle?

    run it at
    day 1-8 60mgs
    day 9-16 40mgs
    day 17-28 20mgs

    and run clomid for pct sens eyou seem to like it.
    day 1-10 100mgs/ed
    day 11-21 50mgs/ed

    also you can dot he hcg for pct 2,500 i.u every 5 days.


    nm you posted pct then go with yours but I wouldn't begin the cycle yet. mehh up to you.
