Second Cycle Journal: Test C, EQ, Wini
Whats up guys,
After a year off I've decided to start another cycle. This will be my 3rd cycle, but i consider it my 2nd because the 1st was such a waste (no base, no pct) lost more than i gained...
my last cycle i went from 160 to 180...i am now at 175lbs after a great PCT eliminated almost all side effects...i gained some fat for the winter but its now gone. i am a lower body fat due to a high protein/ lowcarb diet for the last 2 months...
my cycle is the same as last time and is follows
Test Cypionate - week 1-10 @ 500mg
Equipause- week 1-8 @ 200mg
Winstrol - week 8-13 @ 50mg EOD
Nolvadex 20mg ED
supps: Protein, creatine, Flax, CLA, L-carnatine, L-glutamine, L-arginine, L-Taurine...saw palmetto, milk thistle...emerald balance greens( for vits+min)
i also included a pic of me and dexter "the blade" jackson making an appearance at the supplement store that i work in...i often get visitors such as rosetta moretti and johnny moya...but meeting dexter was especially sick...
i will update every week or 2 with pics, my goal is to hit 200lbs this summer and to keep all of it like i did last time.
to show the results of my PCT: the pictures where im extremely sunburned are me on cycle at around 180lbs the other pics are me yesterday only 1 week into my cycle @ 175lbs. i also think i am more cut now than on cycle... my shoulders have also grow over the past year, probably due to the injections...whaddua guys think?

every cycle i target my weak points...this cycle i am targeting chest and legs especially calves...im too embarassed to post leg pics but i promise to change that...my calves grow like crazy on cycle but i wont lie, i get lazy during the winter... so i will post pics of the legs at the end along with b4 pics...

Alex,
The first pic i am about 180 on cycle, the second pic is me now @ 175lbs...i believe that my bodyfat is now lower...all of my strengh is the same as on cycle...slighty less endurance but that is about to change. I have been natural since around september...
i ate like a pig all winter and just gained fat, but this high calorie enviorment never allowed my muscles to catobilize...i took lots of protein, and carbs in around 4 big meals per day...pct was clen , clomid, nolva, trib, cell-tech, but i believe the main reason for the solid gains was the diet. I actually gained weight to around 185lbs while i was recovering, although it was all fat... Around mid march i started a cutting diet. My test levels were back up, so this allowed me to cut properly and maintain all my muscle mass...
I am extremely pleased with the results of the last cycle (gained and kept 20lbs), so i would like to repeat them...i know there are limits on howmuch the body can grow in a given period of time, but ill do my best. I know i am lacking on chest, and im working on it. Like i said in my last thread, i basically grew it from scratch so give me a little slack, lol...but thanks for the comments bro, i hope to hear from ya again...

***Bad news-I believe my Winny is fake...its a reputable UGL, but the winny doesnt separate and it tastes different than the zambones i took last year...does real winny always separate, and does it all taste the same???
to show the results of the last cycle...the pic on the left is me precycle last year in june...the pic in the middle is me now around 20lbs up and around the same bodyfat, and the pic on the right is me during my recovery, as you can see my muscles look deflated and my bosdy fat is through the roof...that chaged with the diet and a little clen, hehe, and i know i need help with my posing!

I would up the EQ to atleast 400mg EW and keep the test at 600mgEW
Personally I would not even waste the EQ unless you are going to run ir ta 400 r above.

eq should be ran 14 weeks (i woulod go 400 mg)
winny 50mg eod will do nothing it only has an 8 hour life

i appreciate your advice guys, i know that eq should be run way over 8 weeks and winny should be run 50mg ed, or 100mg eod...but i have a small frame and ive always been very sensitive to drugs...i have never taken over 600mg of test or 200mgs of eq in a week...the cycle i stated above is the exact cycle i did last summer, and i gained and kept over 25lbs. I know that that would not have been possible with just 10 weeks of test, at least not the keeping the gains part.
i have been desperately looking for another bottle of eq so i can up my dose to 400, and i may use my winny for 3 weeks at 100mgs eod instead of 6 @ 50eod
***UPDATE: Im going into my 3rd week, so far ive gained about 10lbs which i attribute mostly to the change in my diet. My strengh is starting to increse, and my sexdrive is through the roof.

You would be better running the Winny 50mgED instead of 100mg EOD.
SPlit the dosages up T/O the day to take advantage of the 8 hour half life.

quick update:
the UGL gear i had was underdosed if not completly fake. I got some new stuff from a great source and im ready to go...heres the "new" stack
week 1-10 Test Enathate 600mgs/ week
week 1-10 Equipause 400mgs/ week
week 8-13 Winstrol 50mg ED inject/ + 50 mg/ day drank w/ grapejuice
i know the stuffs fake because after 4 1/2 weeks off 500mgs/week Test Cyp and 200mgs eq i feel nothing...i came off my cutting diet when i started and all thats happened is ive gained some of my weight (fat) back...i just dont feel it starting to kick in and i usually react pretty strong...so here i go, ill post some new pics tommorow

Takes me and lots of others 4-6 weeks for a long estered test to kick in, and EQ well.......I never seen anything before 10 weeks.
But maybe you did have bad stuff...send me the rest of the bad gear and I will let you know...lol

...ive experimented with a good amount of juice and i am very familiar with my body and can say with confidence its it nowhere near 250mg/ml...u want it its yours, haha...
The reason i really love eq is besides getting you vascular i think it is great at solidifying gains. i used its last cycle and gained and kept over 25lbs...i know that i couldnt have done that with test alone under any circumstances.
i also have put a little fat on since those pics because ive been eating more thinking my juice was real...
im throwing some dbol in week 1-4 so i should make some great mass gains...

OK, Its official....My new stuff is the shit...I started my 3rd week today and i just had the most fantastic leg workout Ive ever had...All my friends notice a difference and my sex drive is dangerously high!
I have to get my hands on a camera and post some pics ASAP...Im already feeling and looking much bigger than i was at my peak on cycle last summer. I feel that i have just recently reached this size and its a great feeling to know im about to gain another 25lbs...
Ill post pics within a day or 2

beggining my 6th week today...Im only up around 8lbs but im much leaner and my strengh is through the roof...i believe the eq is starting to kick in because the veins in my lats are starting to open like the ones in my traps and forearms.
im about to up my calories and try to gain about 10 more pounds in the next 8 weeks.
sorry about the shitty pictures...ill get a nice tan and take some more pretty soon...ill throw in some leg shots i you promise not to laugh...

im paranoid im not gaining the weight i could...I need to up my cals. Im realizing that its going to take a lot more cals for me to go from 175 to 200 than it it did from 150 to 175...but i just went food shopping so hopefully that takes care of that.
as for sides...i never really get any sides on cycle. My skin is clear my hair is thick and im happy as could be... when i come off i usually get some pimples on my back and i get grumpy for a week or 2 during pct.

wuts up guys...thanks alex, and abokeef...yea id say the double bis my best pose because it denotes my small chest and really shows my arms and back well...
as for updates...ive been off my test e for about a month and a half and ive been off my prop/ winny for about 3 weeks. just finished my hcg therapy and the boys are back full fledge ...they never really fully atrophied as far as i could tell...im finishing up with clomid nolva clen trib and dhea for the next month or two and ive just swithed to a dirty bulk. my total weight gain was about 13lbs and my body fat went from around 12-14% down to around 10%...
as for strenght... my bench is horrible it went from 225x 6 to 225x 10...275 is my new max.
deadlift went from 315x8 to 405x6
bent over barbell row from 225x 10 to 275x10... 315x3
lat pulldown 200lbsx 10 to 240x 10
sqaut from 275x10 to 335x 8
military press from 185x10 to 225x 8
front barbell shrugs from 225x10 to 405x12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!( also found out ive been strapping up wrong which was holding me back)
i dropped the reps and really gained alot of power, and to be honest ive been off for a while and i feel like im still gaining.
ill post some pics when i get a camera but ive softened up a bit since i stopped....actually put on some weight( sloppy)
but im gonna throw something out there and alot of guys probly will disagree....im not a huge fan of designer supplements...especially NOT muscletech...but i work at a vitamin shop and recently acquired some leukic and creakic for FREE ( would never pay for them)...ive been on them for about a week and i am noticing serious strengh increases. now i believe its a combo of the diet as well..but the weirdest thing is im fatter than i was on cycle and im no longer on winny but im the most vascular ive ever been...
i gotta say im a believer...anyone out there try any of these?
but im about to go eat a nice bbq chicken wrap, lookout for new pics

ill post some pics soon but to be honest...now that im off there probably wont be much of a difference from the week 6/7 progress pics...i feel pretty soft alothough my friends tell me its mental. i wish i took some pics when i was on the prop winny...i felt thats when i looked most impressive...but keep a lookout and thanks for your comments bro
