After a year off I've decided to start another cycle. This will be my 3rd cycle, but i consider it my 2nd because the 1st was such a waste (no base, no pct) lost more than i gained...
my last cycle i went from 160 to 180...i am now at 175lbs after a great PCT eliminated almost all side effects...i gained some fat for the winter but its now gone. i am a lower body fat due to a high protein/ lowcarb diet for the last 2 months...
my cycle is the same as last time and is follows
Test Cypionate- week 1-10 @ 500mg
Equipause- week 1-8 @ 200mg
Winstrol- week 8-13 @ 50mg EOD
Nolvadex 20mg ED
supps: Protein, creatine, Flax, CLA, L-carnatine, L-glutamine, L-arginine, L-Taurine...saw palmetto, milk thistle...emerald balance greens( for vits+min)
i also included a pic of me and dexter "the blade" jackson making an appearance at the supplement store that i work in...i often get visitors such as rosetta moretti and johnny moya...but meeting dexter was especially sick...
i will update every week or 2 with pics, my goal is to hit 200lbs this summer and to keep all of it like i did last time.
to show the results of my PCT: the pictures where im extremely sunburned are me on cycle at around 180lbs the other pics are me yesterday only 1 week into my cycle @ 175lbs. i also think i am more cut now than on cycle... my shoulders have also grow over the past year, probably due to the injections...whaddua guys think?

every cycle i target my weak points...this cycle i am targeting chest and legs especially calves...im too embarassed to post leg pics but i promise to change that...my calves grow like crazy on cycle but i wont lie, i get lazy during the winter... so i will post pics of the legs at the end along with b4 pics...
