First cycle. Sust, deca, winny. Results
23 years old, 3 years training seriously.
I've started my first cycle 10 weeks ago. I went with sustanon 500 mg/week, deca 400 mg/week, and 8 pills of stanozolol every day. Now I'm in my post cycle, 2 weeks with clomid.
I'm 5' 10''. At the begining of the cycle I weighted 224 pounds, with about 14 % bf. Today, my weight is 250 pounds, with 9% bf.
I haven't noted any adverse effect.

Yes, I also thought that it was a lot, but no. Yes, I gained weight, but I didn't feel almost anything.

perhaps you overloaded your receptors?? not sure if that is possible. maybe if you take too much of something it negates the positive effects?

So you gained 26lbs. and dropped 5% BF. If my math is correct thats 35 lbs., were you on a bulk or a cut and what was your diet like?

Filledout, I don't have a camera, so I can't send a pic. If you think it is not true, well, it's not my problem.
Samcam, I was on a bulk. In fact, I expected to be more bloated, but this is how this cycle worked for me.

bulking requires a caloric surplus which would mean your bf wouldnt move down as much as you stated, if at all. your saying you gained 35 pounds of MUSCLE in 10 weeks. no pics why would anyone believe you?

Genetics are your friend...hard to see from the pic the 41 pound diff...legs got a lot bigger, too?

Thanks. Yeah, I think I got some good genetics, a lot of people told me that.
jpkman: the last photo doesn't let to see too much, but yes, for example my legs grew. I didn't trained them until a year ago or so. Last summer, when I started to train them, they were about 26 inches, and now are about 29 inches.
Now, I wanted to loss some fat for the summer. I expect not to lose the mass I gained.

that's what i thought...i also didn't train legs when i first started working out...they catch up quick though...that's good gains 26" to 29"....did you train heavy w/ low rep?

hmm maybe you werent 14 percent body fat? you are lookin real thick though props on the gains now take a break train natty and then hit ur next cycle with some diff compounds maybe eq,test e or prop,tbol? or somethin like that

I didn't know exactly my body fat. That was what a person told me.
I train always heavy. I make 3 or 4 series for exercise, 4 or 5 exercises for body part. My last serie with my maximum weight possible.
Week 1: chest and biceps monday, back and triceps tuesday, wednesday I rest, thursday shoulders and traps, friday legs. I rest all weekend
Week 2: chest and back monday, shoulders and traps tuesday, rest on wednesday, biceps and triceps thursday, and legs on friday. Rest on weekend.
I alternate these weeks
About my physique, what do you think? What are my best and worst parts? What should I focuse on?

looking thick. bodyfat is probably 14% right now. whoever told you 9 is a liar.
weaknesses? shoulders, bis, tris need to be brought out a lot more. traps too.
chest is thick as is the back. legs look good too.
you need to really fix your diet up and lean out more. carrying alot of bf covering the hard earned muscle. good luck and keep training hard.

I also thougt that I was with more body fat
Arms, right now, are 19 inches (48 cm). I don't think they are small, but yes, I would like that they grow a lot more.

Yes, I was on 8 pills of stanozolol ed for 10 weeks. But I can tell you, very secure, that it wasn't too much at all, at least for me

i had said your really thick but looking at the shoulder, bi's, and tri region there is no seperation. the lateral deltoid/rear deltoid, bicep brachialis, and triceps need to be brought up more and seperated. that is what i was referring to. not the sheer size. if you drop into single digits on bf you arms will drop in size but look much bigger. bring up the trap tie-ins to display a bigger/thicker shoulder region.
