In teh Lion's Clen - Week 2
All seems to be going well and I dropped about 3 pounds this week. At a spaced out 120 dosaage daily.....no side affects at all. BP has been perfect at 115 over 80.
Drinking lots of water, mostly protein diet except for some carbo load in am...I work out late afternoon.
What I am debating now is:
1. Do I keep going on start some Benadry tomorrow? If so how much each night?
2. or, do I drop off for two weeks and pick back up then? Two on, two off.
The board seems split on the matter.
Also, has anyone had any luck with an all protein diet during cutting...no carbs?

You should hit the Ben when you get off clen for a week, usually 2 on, and 1 or 2 off, during the first week off then take it. Also it is recommended to go moderate carb and fat, with high protein during clen, but during cuts I like high protein, high fat, and low/no carb (with refeeds taking place depending on my bf). The clen seemed to be okay when I was on the diet, as for exact results, I wasn't tracking it at that point.

Are you running the t3 with it?

No. I already take Synthroid for my thyroid issues and have been for years. I cant really take any T3 due to this.

I have a buddy who takes Synthroid . He is super sensitive to hot and cold when he runs out or forgets to take it. It is really weird, sorry a bit off topic.

No prob. I have not had that issue but I did switch to Cytomel a year a ago for awhile and that messed with me somehow. When I went back to Synthroid I felt much better. Must have been a T3 T4 issue internally.
When you have a legitimate thyroid issus such as I do, it is not something you want to mess with...i can tell when I forget a dose.
You are right though...off topic and I am perpetuating....my bad.
