    Newest pic of skull @ 230 approx

    I have gained a little weight since this, this was about 2 months ago...??
    Ill post up more when I get another camera or when I punch my girlfreidns gramma in the throat and take it back.

    No legs cause they suck. no shirt off cause my fat rolls would flop out.

    I am trying man. I look a little leaner now but with no cardio for the last 3 weeks or so, I didnt expect more. I have been sticking to what you told me as much as possible. The worste thing in it right now is the wheat bread and fat free milk. I made em smaller amounts but still, not as perfect as I will be. Whats weird is that I am MORE hungry eating like this, every 2.5-3.25 hrs.
