Return From Solitary Results....PICS!!
I'm going to be perfectly honest here. A few months ago a few of you may remeber my dbol cycle, that was an attempt to cheat and not have to do much work to lose the weight I had put on over my youth. I learned (the hard way) I couldnt keep those gains, and i was still left with a very large fat slab surrounding my body (ew right?)
My beggining stats were 230 ibs @ 28-30 percent body fat
I left this forum with alot of new knowledge, I stuck to my diet and did the proper exercise for removing the unwanted weight ie. circuit traning and mass amounts of cardio.
I ended 3 months later @ 185ibs with 17 percent body fat
I'd like to thank anybody on here who gave me advice i couldnt have come this far without your help! Now that I'm into my strength training I have eased off the cardio with more of a focus on gaining back my size...the right way.
Currently 193 @ 15.3 percent
I'm back from solitary and everyone likes before and afters so here are mine...please be gentile with critiques, I'm on my way there...

Now That I've had a taste I want to have the biggest baddest most symetrical muscular body in the world.
is that to much to ask? lol I think all of your are looking for the same thing the competition is on, although i'm sorta behind ......

hey you, freaking guy. congrats on the progress. i haven't been on here in a while, just though I'd shout you a holler and see how things are going.
(remember back in jan-feb ish when you did the d-bol and I ran the test cyp?)

45lbs in three months? Im a bit sceptical but why woudl my opinion matter. if in fact you really did this i am amazed will the dedication you have demonstrated, my buddy did the same thing you did and lost about 50lbs in 5months

hahaha like nark? thatd be freaking awesome. Hey dome i'd be happy to answer any questions about how the loss occured. Its not hard to lose body fat when you are mostly body fat. I had some strength underneath which provided a strong base for full body circuit training.
Your opinion matters, but i was just wondering why this is hard to do? and it was really closer to 3 1/2 months = roughly 14 weeks with a steady pace of 3.2 pounds of loss a week it works out. Thats not anything an average person isnt capable of.
