I'm going to be perfectly honest here. A few months ago a few of you may remeber my dbol cycle, that was an attempt to cheat and not have to do much work to lose the weight I had put on over my youth. I learned (the hard way) I couldnt keep those gains, and i was still left with a very large fat slab surrounding my body (ew right?)
My beggining stats were 230 ibs @ 28-30 percent body fat
I left this forum with alot of new knowledge, I stuck to my diet and did the proper exercise for removing the unwanted weight ie. circuit traning and mass amounts of cardio.
I ended 3 months later @ 185ibs with 17 percent body fat
I'd like to thank anybody on here who gave me advice i couldnt have come this far without your help! Now that I'm into my strength training I have eased off the cardio with more of a focus on gaining back my size...the right way.
Currently 193 @ 15.3 percent
