    First cycle log Test cyp and deca

    I wasn't going to log this cycle on here at all. But due to the events of the last week, i figured maybe it would be good to keep it all documented as best i can.

    My stats:

    33 years old. 6'1'', 191 pounds at start of cycle. 18% bodyfat. Would have liked that to be under 15% but I would have liked to be born a millionaire, neither worked out that way. First got into weights and going to the gym about 13 years ago.

    Cycle began last Friday is as follows:

    1-10 400mg Test Cyp
    1-10 300mg Deca

    Had girlfriend do first injection last Friday. Went fine. Didn't feel a thing. So far so good. By Monday morning I had a raging ear infection which had absolutely nothing at all to do with the cycle. Horrible infection with drainage into my throat and just utter misery. So, I had to go get antibiotics to treat it. The name of the Antibiotic I'm taking is Augmentin oral. It's clearing up my ear infection quite nicely. But its given my appetite a serious beating. I was eating super clean and six nice meals a day. For the last three days i've been struggling to eat about a third of what i was eating. Naturally my two gym days since getting on antibiotics were poor workouts to say the least.

    Today was my third injection. I'm doing Friday/Monday injections to better match up to my job schedule. Friday mornings, and Monday nights for injects.

    I am leaning toward keeping the Deca just as originally intended at 300mg for the ten weeks. But I believe I'll increase the Test cyp to 12 weeks to attempt to make up for this first week, which I feel was horrible.

    That is what is going on as of right now. I went to the gym today after my injection and did a very mild chest/tri workout. I don't get finished with the antibiotics until next Wednesday. So my estimation is that I wont be back up to full power workouts and eating until at least three days after that.

    I'll keep this log updated on what goes on. Right now I'm going to try and eat meal #3 for today. It'll be about half what it was just a week ago.

    Before pics are done, and will be posted at the end of the cycle along side the after pics.

    Saturday July 29

    Weight 193. That is good. At least I didn't go down in weight while I was eating like a bird.

    Appetite still feels very soft, but I did have a bowl of oats, and I'm about to have two scoops protien. Today is my Monday at work. I work in a casino, so I have access to decent clean meals every 1.25 hours, or there about. I typically get six breaks in an eight hour shift. I eat every other break. Usually chicken breasts, or whatever type of fish they have on the line, and spinach leaves with vinager and two small potatos. Oh yah, and first thing after arrival at work before my shift even starts, I have a handful of celery sticks, and a small cup of peanut butter. Unfortunately it's not lowfat, its just the individual packaged ones, but that is my pre shift snack. That gives me four meals while at work (and my pre shift snack). I generally try and get one basic meal in before leaving. Something simple like oats, or fat free yogurt along with the two scoops of protien.

    On gym days, I go straight from work to the gym to do lifting. As soon as I get back home (15 minutes after leaving gym) I have a MRP shake. Then an hour or so later I have a chicken breast or lean turkey burger. My diet needs fine tuning, but overall its not bad. I need to tally up calories, but I'd estimate its about 3500 a day. I might try and up that to around 4000.

    Today i'll do cardio when i get home from work. Tomorrow will be back and biceps at the gym.

    Sunday morning weigh 196 straight from bed. Did Back and Biceps tonight. Nothing spectacular, but much better than any of my workouts were last week. Tomorrow night is injection #4. I'm guessing my weight gain is purely water, but not positive. Today had to do chicken breasts as the protien for all three work meals. I just couldn't bring myself to eat fish today.

    I'm experiencing something quite bizarre with my overall attitude. I am normally really short tempered. I get angry alarmingly fast, and have a rage in me at times. But at work where i'm tested to the brink every single day, i've been unusually calm. I don't feel the slightest bit of fight in me. I wonder if its because the Deca has completely shut off my natural test production and the stuff i've been injecting hasn't acutally "kicked in" yet. Or perhaps it's just because i'm super aware of the potential of possible rages as a result of the gear, and quite frankly i couldn't afford to loose my job. But I honestly feel very mellow lately.

    Melatonin to help sleep. But that is a staple in my life. I've always been an insomniac, and don't like xanax hangovers. Melatonin and a few episodes of King of the Hill, and I'm out in no time.

    My PCT is:

    1-3 Clomid 100mg/day, 4-6 Clomid 50mg/day
    1-6 Nolvadex 20mg/day

    Have Arimidex and HCG on hand for any unexpected arrivals during cycle. Will probably do two injections of HCG after the cycle ends just for re-plumping of potentially slightly deflated friends.

    Fourth injection done now. I'm very concerned about it. I think I should have been doing these injections myself from day one. My girlfriend is heading out of town for five days on Wed. Friday is my next injection day. I tried to shoot myself this evening and pussied out big time. I had to have her do it. Friday its me, or me, or myself. I'm not going to start calling random friends to come over and shoot gear into my ass.

    I'll get it sorted out. Friday is the big shot day. test and deca . Things will get fixed. Wrist tendonitis bothering me, but tomorrow is leg day, so hopefully it'll have time to rest. I'll try and do shoulder lifts that put minimal stress on the wrists. Thats update for now.

    Inject into your quad, you can sit down to do it and relax. Seriously it is a lot easier than glutes if you are doing it yourself

    Thank you. I'll try just that. I know its just a simple mental block. When girlfriend does it I feel next to nothing. I'll get it done. Friday will come and go, and I'll be one more injection closer to finishing this cycle.

    Finished leg and shoulder workout minutes ago. Mid PWO shake as I type this. Wrist tendonitis is bothering me both physically and mentally. Definitely hurts, especially during lifting anything that requires the use of a hand. That's pretty much everything. I'm far too stubborn to let this thing impede my progress. There is no swelling that I can tell, no bruising of any sort, and the pain seems to come from fairly deep in the core of my wrist. I have cardio tomorrow, and Thursday is complete rest day. So come Friday, I pray that its at least 90% because I want to have a super strong chest day.

    It's only the middle of week #2, and I don't really notice anything noteworthy on strength gains. I'm up to 196 as of yesterday on the scale. I am not putting on fat, so my guess is water. Hopefully strength gains are just a few more weeks away. I'll keep hitting it with everything for the entire duration.

    Diet is pretty spot on. Low fat, high protien and evenly spaced every couple hours. They took away our spinach leafs at work. So my salads are the standard lettuce. Taking fiber capsuls in the A.M. just to be on the safe side, but the export of waste seems to be functioning very nicely either way.

    No side effects as of today which is day 12. The mellow feeling I described earlier at work seems to be wearing off. I feel my old quick tempered ways to be quickly returning. Will remain focused not beat the piss out of anyone at work. I believe we're allowed to punch one customer in the throat per week though, so I may take advantage of that situation.

    You only a week and a half in, the Deca will kick in soon and I am sure it will help your tendonotis, it sure did mine

    Tonight was cardio. And... Well, cardio still sucks arse. It's just as miserable as it always was. I won't ever quit doing it though. I do however hope to be a little tougher on cardio days within a few weeks. Today was the 40th anneversary of Caesars Palace. Big toga party. I didn't go because I work for the company that owns that property. But it seems like it was a hell of a shindig.

    Probably won't update much on cardio days, because there isn't much to say. I did 35 minutes of cardio today. I will be doing 35 minutes of cardio 3x a week for the duration of the cycle, and likely the duration of my life. Unless my bodyfat somehow all melts away on its own. That would totally kick ass.

    Thank you Kale! I follow most of your threads, and i appreciate the input big time. I'll keep my patience level fully charged, and hope that the Deca helps with the tendonitis. I really want to get every possible ounce of benefit from this cycle. I'd like to not do my next cycle for a solid six months after finishing this one.

    Friday Aug 4:

    Weigh 196 Bodyfat, 18% Nothing externally has changed. Diet remains good.

    I did my fifth injection alone by myself today. 1.25ccTest and 1ccDeca. That gives me 500mg Test Cyp a week, and 300mg Deca a week. It's a slight increase in the Test dosage, but not significant enough to alert the media. There are a lot more journals and logs with 500mgs than 400. It's more universal, and not a heckuva lot more money. Shooting myself was no big deal. I was being a baby. I didn't even realize how easily the needle goes into the skin. I even asperated. It's harder than I thought pushing that plunger down when your all contorted and the needle is in your glute. 2.25cc's took me about 3 full minutes because I didn't want to bruise. Ended up with a little bruising anyhow, but I attribute that to nerves and just being jittery. It's good to know I can do it myself, and that its not as traumatic as I let it become in my own mind. Still will let girlfriend do it as often as possible, because she's got it down to a science with zero bleeding and zero bruising.

    4000 calories a day spread out every 2.5 hours or as close as i can get. Trying to take in 200g of protien a day, but some days might be slightly less. Drinking a solid gallon of water every day. One sugar free Red Bull in the mornings, and that is only to eliminate caffiene withdrawl headaches. In previous months,and years I would drink four regular Red Bulls every day on the way to work. So I've cut down drastically.

    Wrist is still bothering me. Yesterday (Thursday) was my one day of total rest. Wednesday I did cardio. So technically I haven't lifted since Tuesday when I did Legs/Shoulders/abs. I really am tempted to lay off the gym today. But it's 1:10 here now, and I'm sure I'll end up at the gym by 3pm.

    My next update will either be saying my wrist is completely jacked, or that the workout went well.

    Hoping to start noticing effects of these compounds within a week or two. But 5 pounds in two weeks and very little if any bloat suits me nice for today.

    I'll do an excel sheet later in the cycle of my acual workout logs. I might do one for my diet, or just start posting that portion of my routine on here along with my text.

    hey vegas, i see you eat peanut butter which is good but make sure its natural penut butter cuz all those market brands have oils and sodium up the @@@.

    The workout was one of the most intense chest/tri workouts i've ever had. I didn't really even have any noticable strength gains, but it was one of those worouts when you just know you hit every muscle you were aiming for and completely exhausted every single fiber. I wish I could have those kind of workouts every single time. Makes me want to turn around and go right back up there.

    Tomorrow is cardio. Likely won't post. Wrist is feeling nice and comfy. Perhaps deca kicking in? Who knows. Weight hasn't changed. Patience I tell myself, patience.

    Just an update.. Tomorrow is Shot day. It will be a big one, both Deca and Test. I'm noticing sides now from the test. I've got the flushed red face, and the hot feeling. Blood pressure is still holding in the normal range. It has taken a jump, but its not even in the upper normal area thus far.

    Tomorrow will also be chest and Triceps day. I'm hoping to move up in weight on most lifts. But I don't get discouraged just yet if I haven't. Today just completes week four of the cycle. So everything hopefully will start "kicking in" within the next 10-15 days. I'm very excited. Diet is super clean. But I admit not enough calories. I'm probably seeing less than 3000 a day. It's much easier to get the necessary food intake during my work week. Being on break every hour allows me to eat four meals while i'm at the job. The food is free, and they have endless supplies of chicken breasts and tuna. Sometimes the other fish they serve is decent. I just try for two pieces of chicken or whatever fish per meal along with spinach leaves and a potato or if all else fails white rice with guacamole mixed in. I don't like eating white rice, but sometimes choices are limited. I also have oats before my shift begins.

    I'm noticing ever so subtle differences in how my body looks in the mirror. I look forward to seeing this get more evident and obvious as the weeks go on. I do have some injectable winstrol on hand for cutting at the end of cycle, but not sure if ill use it being this is my first round, and i don't want to push my luck.

    Tomorrow will be halfway through the Deca, giving me a 10 week total. I'll stay on the Test Cyp for an additional two weeks. PCT is lined up and ready.

    I'm hoping there is a big enough difference in my before and after pics that I won't be discouraged with the outcome.

    Only thing I could improve in is probably upping my calories. I don't want to start repeating on here, so i'll end this post.

    I love my red face. Nobody at work knows what it is, they all think its sunburn. But I know!!!! I know what it is from!
