Hey Guys.. Just giving this new supp a trial run for Omega.

Age: 23 yrs

Training experience: 9 years

Competitive Experience: 7 years

Current Training Phase: Contest prep

Trial length: 19 days (Bodybuilding Contest on the 19th Day.. will be using 2 servings prior to stepping onstage)

Day 1: Consumed 1 serving of ***Amplify 02*** pre-workout.

Today was a no-carb day.. at least no carbs prior to training.Training began at 3:30 pm. This should give you an idea of my energy levels given the lack of carb consumption prior.

Notes: Didn't feel much of anything tru this session.. No 'kick'... Upon reflection, i did have great focus.. Honestly i can't say i attribute this to the supp tho.. as i ALWAYS have high intensity and focus. POST-training i felt nauseous for a couple hours. As advised by Omega, i have not used stimulants in quite a while. He advised i 'deload' so i would be 'sensitive' to the supplement's activity. It is possible the nausea i experienced was due to 'over-sensitivity'.

Notes: Today was a little different in terms of how i 'felt'.. Can't state the supp's effect on my intensity. As stated prior, my intensity is ALWAYS high. I will concede however that my vascularity was AWESOME today! Mid-training i took my shirt off and i was full and hard.. my bis were pumped.. The veins on 'em were bigger than i had ever seen 'em... and i wasn't training 'em directly which made it all the more impressive!

Day 3: Rest

Didn't consume any of the amplify today... Was tempted to try some pre-sex

But decided against it.

Not sure if i'll append to this daily however.. That'd depend on what i come accross during my trial

I've never used any NO2 products before... and only creatine minimally.

I'm an "eat-food-train-like-a-madman" sort of guy.. always been

Supps are new-fangled thingamabobs that i'm giving a go

Comments: Still not feeling the 'increased focus'.. However it DID give me great pump today! So that's a plus. I was full and very hard tru-out today's session

None so far.

I'm not sure i'm a good judge tho.. I AM 11 days out from a contest now and depleted so i'm not sure i'd notice a change in endurance unless it was a huge change!

So far it's keeping me full and vascular tho.. and my energy levels are good.

Tuesday 8th August 2006: Day 6

Wow.. this evening's training was NICE!

Great pump.. almost painful at times. Wanted to sit down.. but my former coach always said NO SITTING DOWN DURING LEG-training.. So my training partner doens't allow it.

Intensity was very high this session.. as was my ability to concentrate on the task at hand.

Is this product supposed to cause water retention?

Cus today i started to hold a bitchload of definition-blurring water.. which is ok offseason but at 11 days out it makes me wonder if i should drop it 4 days out from my contest

chances are yes but only temorarily mostly while you workout and after.
www.Amplify02.com is suppost to help with muscle fullness, vascularity and pumps.

Some compeitiors at another board actually used it before they went out on stage to bring out the muscles more.

Thanks for following guys.

I added amplify to my 'off' day. I found it helped me concentrate during Cardio. I HATE cardio.. but it's a necessity. The amplify really made it very doable.

I consumed it prior to cardio.. then did 30 minutes of cardio.. followed by 20 minutes of posing.. followed by 1 more hour of cardio.

Needless to say... it was the driving force behind this session's staying power

How? The bottle directions say to consume 20 oz of water with it i believe.. but my water will be cut from 3 days out.

Guys!

I had my first 'amplify incident'

I consumed a fat-burner during the amplify's activity time.. and needless to say i was screwed!

Acute stimulative over-dose.

Friday 11th August 2006

Still recovering from yesterday's mishap... Nausea continued tru-out the day. Tried to separate the two supps by consuming the fat-burner in the a.m. .. and the amplify in the evening.. But that didn't go so well either. Felt like shit all day as a matter of fact. Bumped my carb intake but that didn't counteract the depleted weak feeling i had all day. On the plus side however... i DID look very vascular during my evening session lol.. Guess that's a trade-off

Got less than 3 hours sleep the night prior.. yet had a kick-ass session!!! The pre-workout boost was quite noticeable.. as was the focus tru-out this session

This was an AWESOME session. Strength was good given the state of depletion i'm in... Vascularity was AWESOME! I'm seriously thinking about hitting some of this before i go onstage

Not a spectaular session.. but what can you expect? Strength was good (yes i'm deadlifting heavy 4 days out from a contest lol)... Wore a large shirt today so i couldnt' attest to my torso's vascularity. My calves however were veiny as hell..even before i started training 'em.

Of concern tho.. is the occurence of water retention.

3 days out from contest.. and last day of Amplify 02 use til post-contest!!!

Amplify.. the facilitator. Today's eating schedule was bumfucked. If it wasn't for the amplify consumed pre-workout i fear tonight's workout session would've sucked totally!

This will be my last day on amplify. I'm holding too much water to risj using it during the carb load period. Later today is the weigh-in by the way.

My assessment of this product over my 14 days of use?

Amplify is a great pre-workout booster.. I wish i coudl've run it longer.

It does what it claims on the label.
