Greetings everyone. Here is my experience at stats: 32 years old, 220lbs, 6'2", 16% bodyfat. Bench: 275 3 times. Arms 16.5(17.5 flexed). I worked out very hard when i was 18-25 years old, then quit. I started again early this year and my gains have now tapered off. My Personal bests have been reached again. Thats how I know its time for gear.
Here is my cycle:
Weeks 1-6: DBOL 30mg-50mg ed.
Weeks 1-10 : Sustanon 500mg/week.
Weeks 1-10 : Deca 400mg/week.
3 injections per week will be 2 shots with 1 ml of Sustanon and 1 ml of Deca and 1 shot of 2 ml Deca.
I have Nolvadex on hand and will use Clomid at the end and after the cycle is over.
I'm consuming 4000-4500 calories a day, 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat. I gain fat easily so i dont want eat more than that yet, but i'll see how it goes.
I've done my homework as I've studied these boards for the past 2 months. I've seen guys get transformed into monsters in a matter of months, i'm hoping for similar affects.
Question: Should the DBOL be chewed? I'll be spacing the portions out and taking them every 8 hours. Should I take it more frequently?
I'll try to post my progress on this thread from time to time through the next couple of months.
Any other imput or critisism is welcome.
