    3rd cycle test/eq/tren/mast

    thought i'd start posting with this 3rd cycle and get some feedback from all you bros out there. This will be a little long but i'm already on day 7 and want to get caught up.

    History:
    1 "cycle" winny only (I know stupid)

    2 cycle eq/winny wanted to get leaner and more vascular...worked pretty good for what my goals were.

    current cycle:
    wk 1 - 12 600 mg test p wk comes out to .86cc ed
    wk 1 - 14 700 mg eq
    wk 3 - 11 75 mg tren a ed
    wk 9 - 15 100 mg mast eod
    .25 mg adex ed

    2 wks on 2 off clen
    wk 9 - 15 t3 25mcg up to 125 mcg and taper down

    Starting point:
    6'1" 230#'s 9% bf

    goal:
    235#'s 7%

    started 8/3 I know a weird day to start but i couldn't wait!

    day 1
    shot 86mg test p 200 mg eq

    day 2
    shot 86 mg test p

    workout shoulders/traps/tri's

    dumbell shoulder press: 110 x 10, 125 x 7, 125 x 7, 110 x 9
    seated laterals: 40 x 12, 40 x 12
    rear delt machine: 180 x 15, 200 x 12, 220 x 10 drop to 170 x 15
    machine press: 180 x 15, 200 x 10, 200 x 10
    machine laterals - 80 x 12, 80 x 12 drop to 60 x 12

    one arm low pulley shrug - 305 x 15, 305 x 15, 305 x 15 (these work really great if you do them slow and nice and high)
    cable upright row - 140 x 12, 140 x 12, 140 x 13

    close grip bench - 225 x 10, 315 x 5, 275 x 7
    pushdowns - 170 x 12, 170 x 11, 140 x 12 drop to 100 x 15


    day 3

    day 4
    shot 86 mg test

    workout: chest, tris, cardio

    flat bench - 225 x 15, 315 x 8, 365 x 6, 405 x 2, 315 x 9
    incline - 225 x 10, 225 x 9, 225 x 8 drop to 155 x 10
    dips - bodyweight x 18, 18, 16
    machine press - 170 x 10 drop 140 x 10 drop 110 x 10
    cable flyes - 140 x 12, 140 x 12 (high position)
    125 x 12, 125 x 12 (middle chest)
    90 x 12, 90 x 12 (low position)

    pushdowns - 160 x 15, 160 x 12, 130 x 15, 130 x 10, 100 x 15, 100 x 12
    (45 - 60 sec rest between)

    elliptical - 30 minutes - 320 calories


    day 5

    workout: back, bis, abs

    wide grip pullups - bodyweight 12, 10, 9
    pulldowns - 160 x 12 drop 140 x 10
    dumbell row - 100 x 10, 100 x 10, 100 x 10
    wide grip underhand low cable row - 160 x 12, 160 x 12, 160 x 10
    close grip pulldowns - 130 x 12, 130 x 12, 130 x 11

    incline dumbell curl - 35 x 10, 35 x 10, 35 x 9 drop 25 x 8
    dumbell hammer - 55 x 8, 55 x 8, 55 x 6
    dumbell preacher - 35 x 10, 35 x 10

    hanging leg raise superset with weighted crunches 3 sets each to failure
    decline bench twists with 35lb plate 3 sets to failure

    day 6

    day 7 (today)

    sorry for the length but wanted to catch everyone up...will keep up if anyone is interested. Open to suggestions.

    Sounds a lot like a cycle I will be running later this year. Looking forward to seeing how it works out.

    thats alot of tren for your first real cycle....verify your doing ed shots of 75mg.....thats 525mg a week, i hope your ready for tren cough and all the beauty that tren comes with
