    Shawn Rays First Cycle Test E

    Age: 21 Years
    Weight: 72kg
    Lenght: 174cm
    Training Experience: 3 Years

    Testo Enanthe 250mg EW - 12 weeks

    W.1-2 FRONT 500mg EW
    W. 3-12 250mg EW


    Took my first injection on sunday and it was a peace of cake. my ass felt a little bit 2-3days after but now it feels much better.

    My Diet is 100% from the right food. tona, chicken, meet, ham, protein drinks and so on.

    here are some before pics....

    do you think i will be happy with the results? want to gain 6-7kg

    I'm not sure what kg breaks down into..I'm awful with metric But you're lookin pretty lean man...It's nice to see someone willing to start out with a very low dose and I think you'll be very happy with the results..do you have your pct lined up? Do you have anti-e's on hand just in case of gyno symptoms? Gyno is very unlikely with such a low low dose but ehh better safe than sorry.

    BTW...wrong forum..this is cycle results...but that's ok I guess...someone will move it if they see it as an issue.

    hehe 72kg = 159lbs. thansk bro. the think i see much bigger then 159lbs atleast 170-175lbs. the thing is my wheels sucks i have been training them hard for the 2 months. could not train them before because i had a very big knee injury. **** up my knee in a soccer game. yes i want to to snart low and se how my body react to extra hight testo level. yes i have my pct lined up. have nolvadex at home fore safety in case i will feel that gyno is coming. better to be on the safe side then regreat it later.

    ohh is it wrong forum? i have searched but i cant find any other place i can put this tread. Mod if you think it is wrong would be happy if you move it to the right forum.

    My goals with this cycle: Gain 17-20lbs in 12 weeks.
    My Diet is very clean. 210g protein.

    32 grams of protein per meal.
    43 grams of carbs per meal.
    14 grams of fat per meal.

    450-550kcal /meal
    6 meals a day
    Daily calorie intake 3300kcal

    filledout: thanks bro.. yes i am very dedicated to my training. its kind of my hobby i like to train. well now i am aint doing any speciall cardio i eat very strikt so i dont need much cardio. but i cycle 4km a day to my training and back it is enoug. and every sunday i go morning walks before breakfast 1 hour. Now in the summer i burn a lot fat without much cardio because i play alot of soccer with my friends and i am active all the time.
    but in the winter i do cardio 3times a week

    Hey bro, are your legs a bit behind your upper body?

    With the quality of muscle in your pics I'd figure that you'd be hitting deadlifts a lot heavier than 132.

    Not flamin' here your other lifts look good it just doesn't seem like you are hitting your legs as hard as you do your upper body.

    Hey bro yes my legs is a bit behind my upper body. why? because i had very big knee injury the last 2years so i coulden train my legs or Deadlifts because it did hurt very much. but know i am almost fully recovered. did 2 operations.
    2months ago i started to train my legs seriously and very hard so they is on there way.

    Today i took my second Injection Peace of cake this time 2

    I have considered that 250mg Ew is to low dose. so i will be going for 500mg Ew in 12 weeks

    back tomorow with the training

    just ride it out if u can it wont kick in really for a few more weeks between weeks 5 an 8

    i runed the roid calculator and i check how the test levesl is going up week after week. after 4th week the test really starts to kick in.
