final results...please comment....
Age:32
Height 6'1"
cycle history: this is my 3rd...but first one done right! first 2 were taken in early 20's...around 10 years ago...so i dont count them other than the fact that i really knew then what i know now...
diet was and still is through PCT - 3700cal per day - 60%pro / 30%carb / 10%fat
cycle:
1-4 dbol 40mg ED
1-12 sust 250mg E3D
9-14 winny 50mg ED
Pct
1-28 100mg clomid
1-28 20mg nova
6 weeks clen ramp up to 120mcg (straight through w/ benadryl weeks 3 and 6)
cylce dates:
May 1st - July30th
Pct started on July 31st (24 hours after last winny)
starting weight 217 - weight went up to 225 in the middle but a guess with all the water loss im back to 220
id like to hear comments on accomplishment and what my apprx body fat looks like?
still not done...i have a ways to go...goal is 10-12% BF by end of year and weight around 225...
wheels are a work in progress...but here they are.

dude with dbol / sust you should have packed on a lot more.. IMO looking at ur pics... ... wht was your diet like man ?

Not enough calories, should have gained more.. Definite improvements, but could have been better.

yep...looks like you lost a couple pounds of fat and became a little leaner...just like the figures you threw up 217 to 220 (gain of 3) but a good 3 at that...keep working hard bro...you'll get your goal by Christmas
