1pm: Lean meat and wholemeal bread sandwich, 1 piece of chicken.
3pm: Protein shake and two eggs.
6pm: Rice and fish or lean meat and potatoes.
9pm: Protein shake and two eggs.
Supplements: Zinc, flax seed oil, ***** 3 and 6 and dessicated liver tablets.
Current workout routine:
Mon: Back/biceps. 30 mins cardio. 10 mile bike ride in the evening.
Tues: 60 mins cardio. 10 mile bike ride in the evening.
Wed: Legs/shoulders. 30 mins cardio. 10 mile bike ride in the evening.
Thurs: 60 mins cardio. 10 miles bike ride in the evening.
Fri: Chest/triceps. 30 mins cardio. 10 mile bike ride in the evening.
Sat: 60 mins cardio. 10 mile bike ride in the evening.
Sun: At least a 10 mile bike ride.
