Well first I want to say thanks for any help that you guys can give.
Now as far as what I need for help. I came back to lifting about 2 months ago after about a 8 month break due to my life being crazy. I fortantly havnt lost most of my strength as my numbers are still about the same suprisingly. And what I am wanting to acomplish is basically making up for some lost time.
I am 24 6'1" and about 200 lbs with around 18% body fat. I know pretty high in the bf department but mexican food and not lifting can do that to ya. Right when I stopped lifting I was at about 160 or so. I would really like to get to 170 or so with only about 8 - 10% bf. I really am not looking to get huge but mainly just drop the bf, get cut and boost my strength. I currently do a powerlifting routine with a couple body building movements just to bulk a few areas. I lift 3 days a week and do cardio 3 days.
Now I am not looking to start doing this right away, I probably wont start my first cycle for at least a month after I decide what it will all be. And well thats where I was looking to you guys for some help. I really dont know much about any of this. And I am not expecting any of you to just tell me either what I should (although if someone wants to I will listen) I mainly just want a starting point so that I can start my own research and find what i want to do. There are a couple of things I am looking for my cycles to do. Which are in this order:
Get me stronger
Reduce bf
Help with my joints
Add mass
Now like I said I am not looking for someone to put a cycle together for me or anything like that, I want to learn about this before i do it. I dont mind putting in some work either. Like I stated earlier just a starting point, like check out this this and this they all do about the same thing just depends on what you want. Also any personal experience with any of this would be greatly appreciated as no one I know has ever done this before.
