Second Cycle - test and deca
hey everybody,
just started my second cycle:
400mg test/week - 12 weeks
300mg deca /week - 10 weeks
and of course PCT
I just did my first cycle this summer with 400mg/week of test cyp for 10 weeks. thought i would add deca this time. gained about 23 lbs and kept about 12lbs. I'm at about 170lbs right now. hoping to keep 15 lbs this time with better dieting. ill keep posting

Welcome to the board. You seem a little light to be using AAS especially a second cycle. Good luck with this cycle. Can you post some stats and photos.

yea, i know im light. i started 3 years ago at 135. it was really hard for me to gain weight all natural. but i stay safe with AAS. i don't take too much and I am careful in the gym.

Being ready has a lot to do with both your height and weight, not just weight.

Pgilligan,
I think the cycle looks good. I'll be starting a similar second cycle myself in about a month; same compounds just a bit higher dosages. If you were 135 three years ago, you are doing really good, congratulations and keep up the good work.
What is your diet like?

my diet is pretty simple because my work and school schedule are hard to work around. One thing that is consistent tho is that I always have breakfast, lunch, mid-afternoon protein shake, dinner at about 6, a tunafish sandwich at about 9 and then another protein shake before bed. I just try to make sure i get in at least 200g of protein a day and at least 3500 calories. any suggestions??

2 weeks and 1 day into cycle. up 7-8 lbs. strength up too. just did the 95lb dumbells on incline bench for 4 reps, first time ever.

well actually about 180 now. but yea, im pretty happy with that. people have definately been making comments the last couple weeks about my arms. love it. still have a long ways to go tho. think i should do another bulking cycle after this one or try a cutting cycle?
