Corey's Natural Clean Bulk..possible use of AAS within a year
Aright guys enough of being a puss with this cutting as it seems like it has finally stalled. For any of you who remeber my thread last uear on my cutting it went well. I beefed up a bit in college to 187 and after 15 or so weeks i cut down to 172, a pound if week but overall it was a complete body transition to something I wasnt used to. I carried that same cut for about another 20 weeks getting nowhere besides putting on a few pounds. I started college again along with TRT and boom my weight was went up. Im on 200mgTestE/every 2 weeks due to low total test. I knew this past week it was time to stop restricting calories becuase some psychotic way I was still gaining weight...even with am cardio pwo cardio..etc etc etc.
So here it is im finally going to bulk and throw my visual appearance for the next few months in the gutter. Heres the stats and proposed bulk...critique if you will.
Age: 19 1/2
Starting Weight: 192
BF%: 14-17 (Traces of fat only in lower abs,lower back,love handles and lower chest) Vertical outline of abs can be seen when flexed.
Height: 5'11
Example lifts:
Squat - 205/12 225/10 245/8 265/6 285/5
Bench - 185/10 195/8 205/6 215/4 225/2
Incline Dumbell - 70/12 75/12 80/8 85/6
Dumbell Rows - 75/12 80/10 85/6-8
Shoulder Dumbell Press 65/12 65/10 70/8
Bicep Curl on preacher - 35/12 40/10 45/6-8
T-Bar Wide Grip 115/12 125/10 145/6
Overhead Tricep Press 75/12 80/10 85/8
Injuries:
2 bulging discs and one degenerate disc which lays on a nerve.
Supplements:
TRT
Optimum Nutrition Whey
Cytogainer - occasionally for preworkout or postworkout
Flaxseed oil for my EFA's
Split:I kinda created this on my own and seeing if it will work...just started last week...be brutally honest guys if you think its shit. I designed it to hit my weak points...bis and tris.
Am Cardio 35-45 minutes 3 days a weeks and 20 min pwo cardio
Mon: Legs(16 sets)/ Bis(6-8)
Tues: Ches(12 sets) Presses/ Tris(6-8) Cable pushdown related excercises no skulls or closegrip
Wed:Back(12-14)/Traps (6-8)
Rest
Thurs: Bis (6 sets - diff from monday)/Tris(6-8)strenuous excercises closegrip,skulls/Chest (6-8) all flys no presses
Fri: Shoulders(10-12 sets)/Traps (6-8)
Saturday:Legs
Repeat in that fashion minus legs again - you get the idea
Proposed Diet:
9:30am: 12 egg whites/ 3/4 cup of oatmeal
Pro-45 Carbs-45 Fat-5
12:30pm: 2 cans of tuna/15mg flax/assorted Veggies
Pro-50 Carbs-8 Fat-15
Preworkout
3:30pm - 3/4 oatmeal/ 1 1/2 scoop ON whey or 2 1/2 scoops of cytogainer
Pro-40 Carbs-40 Fat-5
Postworkout
5:00pm - 2 scoops of on whey, 1/2 banana, 1 cup of oatmeal - will make it 50pro/80 carb
Pro-50 Carb-80 Fat-8
PPWO
7:00pm- 3-4 pieces Whole Wheatbread, 5 pieces of turkey, 5 pieces of ham,4 egg whites. Basically will make 50 pro and 50 carbs, assorted Veggies
Pro-50 Carb-50 Fat-5
10:00pm - Nightime shake, 3/4 cup of cottage cheese, 1 scoop of whey, 1tbsp PB, 10 mg Flax

Occasional chicken as I cant come by it often

Now Im debating in possibly 4-6 months to do a small cycle of some AAS. As Ive heard since im on TRT I wouldnt need PCT as my shots biweekly regulate my Test levels. If I do go with the cycle whether its 6-8 weeks from the time im done I will begin cycling clen during my "PCT" and being to shed some of the disgusting unwanted fat to hopfully reveal a much fuller muscular appearance.

Day 1
Meal 1 - 12 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal 50 pro 50 carb
PreWOMeal 2 - 1/2 cytogainer shake+ 1 scoop of on Whey, 50 pro 50 carb,Squash
PWOMeal 3 - 3 scoops of cytogainer, 1 scoop of on whey, 1/2 banana.50 pro 70 carb
Meal 4 - 2 whole wheat sandwhiches with turkey and vegetables, 4 egg whites, 50 pro 50 carb
Meal 5 - 6 oz chicken, 6 hardboiled egg whites, veggies, 10 mg flax, handful of cashews
Meal 6 - 1 scoop of on whey, 1/4 cup of CC, 1 TBSP natural PB, 5 mg flax.
1 extra scoop of On whey in the middle of the day
