    THE CYCLE :

    1 - 4 : Prop 100mg ED
    1 - 4 : Masteron 50mg ED
    1 - 4 : Winny 50mg ED
    1 - 4 : Arimidex .25mg ED

    9:00am - Wakeup, 5G VITAMIN-C, 60g protein, 250ml milk, 30g oats, 2G EFAS
    11:00am -PWO 60g protein, 250ml milk, 30g oats, 2G EFAS
    1:00pm - 212.5g tuna + 1slice bread(vegemite) 1TBSP OLIVE OIL
    3:00pm - 60g protein+250ml milk+30g oats+2g EFAS
    5:00pm - 212.5g tuna + 1slice bread(vegemite) 1TBSP OLIVE OIL
    7:00pm - 60g protein+30g oats+250ml milk+2g EFAS
    9:00pm - 212.5g tuna + 1slice bread(vegemite) 1TBSP OLIVE OIL

    Just a short first weeker guys, my first cycle i'm looking at hardening up while adding some quality mass.. cardio will be done at 30minutes preworkout, diets super strict and definately isnt fun i model but i have to packon a little size for a jan shoot, been trying natty but im gaining too slow and gettin fat.. might extend the cycle to 6wks depending on results, its my first recommended to me by another guy i work with. Happy to hit 205lbs quality at the same bodyfat. Cycle will be followed by pct then a 2wk DNP cycle, saw palmetto will be taken at 1g daily tho nobody in my fam has probs with hairloss

    Cycle starts friday the 13th(eek!) , will update every few days! peace guys

    Sorry bro i havnt forgot bout this but i cant run this now, i got a shoot in 3weeks and ive just started dnp so ive postponed it till december.. my bud ran that cycle, prop/masteron /tren for 6wks brokeout in acne pretty bad tho and said he didnt get any till he touched tren so it scared me off doin the same thing his gains were serious though bout 10lbs not alot of weight but he lost fat and looked alot bigger
