Try flavouring your oats, I like some oats with one scoop of dymatize whey butter cream toffee, a sprinle of cinnamon and some splenda. YUMMY!
Im not a fan of Dextrose due to the crash i get from it. I have heard great things about Vitargo. I use powdered oats cos im a cheapskate!!
I would keep the tuna its a great protein source, mix it with some fat free mayo or salsa.
