    Canibal's transformation from man to BEAST

    here it goes..i'm now in my 4th week of my cycle....i'm gonna keep a journal from now on and also post pics during the cycle

    this what it looks like:
    1-12 400mg EQ
    1-4 500mg T E
    5-8 250mg test E + 500 mg sustanon
    9-12 500mg test E + 250mg sustanon
    1 30mg D-BOL
    2 40mg D-BOL
    3 30mg D-BOL
    1-12 20mg-40mg NOLVA

    3-12 500UI HCG every five days...

    the pct clomid, nolva, clen and insulin...not sure about the dosages cause itz the first time i use clen so itz gonna be trial and error


    my stats at the beginig of the cycle : 177cm (almost 6 feet) and 97 kilos (215 pounds),bodyfat don't know yet....

    actually..i f***** up the math ...97 kilos*2.2=215 pounds.......

    i'll keep you posted...gonna throw in some more pics this week...those were taken in the first week..
    and also post my diet and trainig routine...

    BF is a bit high but you are a good base.

    How do you propose to lose BF and gain muscle tissue at the same time?

    clean diet..and cardio twice a week...also every workout i use a CA stack ....

    any sugestions???

    thatz a good question...

    i had 20 TE from galenika..and couldn't get TE unless i bought 20-30 ..and after this cycle i want to go to short cycles ...so I would end up with 20 that i wouldn't use...so my source gave me susta....

    so i ended mixing them.....

    this is my last long cycle....

    For my critique, I think you need to work on you upper chest. Try heavy inclines DB presses.

    Around 15%bf from the looks of it. I'd bump up the am cardio to 4-5 times a week and make sure your diet is spot on.

    ok ..so today i did my second shot of HCG 500UI in my quad..

    shoulders+traps+calves..today
    yesterday was leg day

    you blood levels are going to be all over the place with that cycle.

    1. why not keep the d-bol at the same does. Also 4 weeks would be better.

    2. stick to just the sust and shooet eod. 500-750mg week.

    3. eq at that does is going to do very little. You should up the does to 600mg week if you ask me.

    4. you need to run the test a little longer then the eq.

    5. shoot the hcg ever 4 days.

    1. unfortunately its too late for that .....
    2.i would have used test e .if i had more...but couldn't get my hands on more than 20 vials so i added some susta...i hate susta my but hurts like hell ..not to mention the blood levels ..verry unstable
    4.this means that i should do 14 weeks of test or 10 weeks of eq with a bigger dose.which is better?
    5. after i get my letro ..cause i feel the nipples are a little puffy...i'm gonna do that



    bottom line ..thanks for your advice ...you had a point there ...

    mon-fri
    7:30 wake up
    8:00 breakfast 6egg whites and 2 yokes+ 50-60 g of cheese..quite fat
    a spoon of peanut butter and some whey protein mixed with milk(250 g of milk and 10g of whey)-----49 g protein and 20g fat(roughly)
    10:30 150g of lean chiken breast and 200g of potatoes(or rice)
    thatz 30g pro+10g fat+34g carbs
    12:30 training
    14:00 pwo shake 55g pro+58g carbs(from dried fruits)
    15:00 150g of lean chiken breast and 200g of potatoes(or rice)and some
    protein powder
    45g pro+10g fat+40carbs
    17:00150g of lean chiken breast and 200g of potatoes(or rice)and some
    protein powder
    45g pro+10g fat+40carbs
    19:30 150g tuna and some dried fruits and some protein powder with milk
    30g pro+15g fat+50g carbs
    21:30 some diet cheese roghly 200g with some dried fruits ocassionally
    40gpro+15g carbs


    thatz all folks
    pro:294g roughly *4=1200kcal
    fat:65g roughly *9=585 kcal
    carbs: 240g roughly *4=960 kcal

    i can't calculate verry accurately but thatz roughly 3000 kcals

I would eat pro/carb as AM is a very catabolic time due to lack of food throughout night. If you have to have pro/fat there are much better fat sources than cheese. e.g. cottage cheese,flax,hemp or extra peanut butter. personally i think 20g fat in one meal is too much anyway

    Hope that is of some help to you mate. You will still grow on the diet you have outlined but it could be improved.

    felt like s*** yesterday...really bad test flu symptoms...from the susta..in the evening had like 39 C feever..took some antihistaminics and it got better

    today i trained back+bi's...deadlifts 140kg(308 lbs)*5 reps...really pleased with that ..felt verry good in the gym..stronger..although yes i lost at least 1kg(2.2pounds)...hopefully only fat and water

    Try flavouring your oats, I like some oats with one scoop of dymatize whey butter cream toffee, a sprinle of cinnamon and some splenda. YUMMY!
    Im not a fan of Dextrose due to the crash i get from it. I have heard great things about Vitargo. I use powdered oats cos im a cheapskate!!
    I would keep the tuna its a great protein source, mix it with some fat free mayo or salsa.
    Diet looks better!! Keep training hard fella!

    ok ..so latest news ..my wife baked some "cookies" ..with oats..2 eqq whites and some nuts....and a spoon of sugar, man they taste great
    anyway i'm gonna keep improving it...though most of the stuff you mention i can't find where I live(that is the country...)..anyway i did my best

    the oats are in a brute form ...not processed in any form ..but my whife figured out how to make them delicious

    thx...lost some fat from my last pic...gonna post some more pics..in a week so you cand really see the diference....also my training seems to be a lot harder ..and i feel a lot stronger

    flax oil is correct, and hemp oil. Dymatize is just a brand of whey protein but any whey will do. cinnamon is a spice for flavour. and the term hot oats just means oats cooked in water or milk to make a porridge or oatmeal as it is reffered to in the states.

    yesterday was leg day...and another shot of susta and eq in the left quad...damn it hrts...and again the same test flu symptoms ..that i got rid of with a little help from my friend claritine....
    today was shoulder day ...really impresse ..pushed some 40kg(88lbs) db...quite nice

    today training went really well ...seems that my stregth is constantly growing...45 k db(99lbs)*8 reps incline bench....

    waiting for test flu symptoms to come again.....

    tuesday....the letro came in..so i started bino's protocol to reverse gyno...3 days in ..feel fine ...lost some water ...
