    Test E & Tbol Cycle Update

    Just an update on my progress for those who care:

    Cycle:
    Week 1-12: Test E @ 500 mg/ew
    Week 1-7: Tbol @ 60 mg/ed
    Week 1-11: Letro @ 0.25 mg/ed

    Diet:
    3000 (+/-) kcals ed; clean bulk.

    Before Cycle Stats:
    174lbs (dropped 6 pounds before cycle), 12% b.f., 5-9, 29 years, tbol only cycle under my belt.

    Major Lifts (typically 3 sets of eight):
    Dumbbell Bench: 90lb dumbbells
    Squat: 315lbs
    Military Press: 135lbs
    Bent Over Rows: 135lbs

    Current Stats (Five weeks in cycle):
    192lbs (a lot of water gain, I suspect, but the strength has gone through the roof!) Eating 3,000 kcals /ed.

    Major Lifts (typically 3 sets of eight):
    Dumbbell Bench: 110lb dumbbells (biggest ones they’ve got!) +20lbs
    Squat: 365lbs, +50lbs
    Military Press: 175lbs, +40lbs
    Bent Over Rows: 165lbs, +35lbs

    I have no idea what to expect over the next 7 weeks. Being that this is only 5 weeks in, I am thinking that the current gains are from the tbol? I think the test e is starting to kick in a little bit due to the strength gains as well.

    My weaknesses are in my back; I am realizing that I need to push myself much harder. In addition, the only side effects that I am dealing with are a little joint pain and my tendons or ligaments seem to feel strained more than usual.

    Interesting cycle. I am now starting to consider tbol instead of dbol with test e. Keep us posted.

    Im taking pictures every couple of weeks. I'll post them all at the end of my cycle.

    Tbol is the "gentle" dbol . I really like it. Less water gain (from what I understand), great vascularity.

    I have to do some more looking into it. I think I would rather have lean dry gains.

    I am currently 5.5 weeks into my 12-week cycle and I have accomplished many of my short-term goals. I weigh 196.5 lbs (I know, much of it is water) and am still experiencing strength gains in the gym. Eating more is becoming increasingly easier to do, however, I am trying to maintain a "lean" bulk regiment if possible.

    The only sides that I have experienced recently are minor headaches, intensified muscle stiffness, a little “moon-face,” and restless sleep.

    Looking forward to the next 6.5 weeks.

    174 to 192lbs in 5 weeks, thats alot of test bloat!
    How do you like the tbol? It should be kicked in now.
    For me I wasn't impressed with it strength wise or size wise.

    Yeah, the weight gain is huge. I’ve been very critical of my bf % and I can say that I think its the same or gone down a bit. The wife agrees.

    I like tbol. I cant say that it adds weight like test does but the strength gains for me have been noteworthy.

    BTW, I just looked in the mirror after eating. My face actually looks "pumped" around the jowl or upper jaw line. WTF!!!!??? I hope that doesnt last!

    I have increased my water intake to a gallon a day and corrected my diet to reduce my sodium intake. If that doesn’t work after a week or so than I'll look into something else.

    Here are some pics taken today and a before picture. You can see how bloated I am (even though it is getting better). Sorry, the quality isnt good (cell phone).

    I know that there are a ton of bro's who have been waiting to flame my skinny ass so here ya go!

    The one where my face is changed is from almost two years ago. I lost 30+ pounds after that and got my butt in the gym. Now, I am back at the weight where I started before.

    Ive been thinking of increasing the cals. I am going to Cancun for Christmas w/ the wife and I want to fit in the ol' shorts. Putting 30lbs on cycle would sweet though!

    Chest/Tri day was great:
    4 sets BB Bench: 145 x 15, 205 x 10, 225 x 8, 2 sets of 245 x 6
    3 Set DB Incline: 80 x 8, 85 x 8, 85 x 6
    3 Sets BB Decline: 225 x 8

    Finished off the day with 3 set of Skull Crushers and 3 sets of pull-downs.
    My chest is getting stronger every week, and unfortunatly, so it the bloat. D#$N IT!

    I have been eating about 1000 kcals more a day for past four days (4000). I feel like I weigh a billion pounds, my gut sticks out past my slong and is as hard as a rock. The gas brings tears to my eyes. However, i can still see the abs when I flex.

    Today's workout proved that its worth it. My shoulder workout was awesome, still having solid strength gains. Felt great afterwords. Will continue to eat this way until gains cease.

    how many carbs?? That sounds like some serious bloat that you shouldnt be having from Tbol....dbol maybe,not tbol.

    OMG. Dude, if my supplier gave me dbol instead of tbol.... Wow, I never thought that that could be the case. That means my first cycle of "tbol-only" was dbol too. 60 mg/ed for six weeks....ouch.

    At any rate, Im going to homebrew from now on.

    I'm not saying that is the case for sure man...but Tbol "shouldnt" bloat you like you are saying...It could be your food intake too..

    Today's quad injection fvcking sucked. Everything went fine, however, when I pulled the pin out there was three drops of blood in the syringe. Blood also ran down my quad. No biggie, right? Wrong. About 20 minutes later, I was coughing like crazy. I got the chills so bad that I was shaking. After about twenty minutes of this, I went to bed and slept for three hours. After waking up I tried to get up, but I was still in bad shape. My vision was fuzzy. I went back to bed and slept again for another several hours. Now its the end of the day and I am feeling normal again. Only think I can think is that I nicked a vein....I hope that doesnt happen again. The whole day was a total waste. Didnt miss a meal though.

    I had back pumps that were pretty painful but all-in-all a good day.

    Squats: 225 x 10, 315 x 8, 2 sets: 365 x 8
    Sled: 8 plates x 10, 12 plates x 8, 2 sets: 12 plates + 50lbs x 8
    2 sets romanian deadlifts: 185 x 10
    2 sets leg extentions: 150 x 10

    I have gained a few pounds this week: Currently 198lbs

    bro, did you aspirate ????? I'm pretty sure you did so it was probly a leaker...you nicked it & injected real close to the nick & it got into the vein......glad you are ok now & I am almost ready to start...

    HELL YA! I aspirate every time. I almost wonder if I pull back too much...

    I think you're right, it must have been a leaker. I was messed up for a while.
