Just an update on my progress for those who care:
Cycle:
Week 1-12: Test E @ 500 mg/ew
Week 1-7: Tbol @ 60 mg/ed
Week 1-11: Letro @ 0.25 mg/ed
Diet:
3000 (+/-) kcals ed; clean bulk.
Before Cycle Stats:
174lbs (dropped 6 pounds before cycle), 12% b.f., 5-9, 29 years, tbol only cycle under my belt.
Major Lifts (typically 3 sets of eight):
Dumbbell Bench: 90lb dumbbells
Squat: 315lbs
Military Press: 135lbs
Bent Over Rows: 135lbs
Current Stats (Five weeks in cycle):
192lbs (a lot of water gain, I suspect, but the strength has gone through the roof!) Eating 3,000 kcals /ed.
Major Lifts (typically 3 sets of eight):
Dumbbell Bench: 110lb dumbbells (biggest ones they’ve got!) +20lbs
Squat: 365lbs, +50lbs
Military Press: 175lbs, +40lbs
Bent Over Rows: 165lbs, +35lbs
I have no idea what to expect over the next 7 weeks. Being that this is only 5 weeks in, I am thinking that the current gains are from the tbol? I think the test e is starting to kick in a little bit due to the strength gains as well.
My weaknesses are in my back; I am realizing that I need to push myself much harder. In addition, the only side effects that I am dealing with are a little joint pain and my tendons or ligaments seem to feel strained more than usual.
