Today felt very sore, but a good sore. Cardio today, 45 minutes on the treadmill.
Diet is strong. Feeling very good and optomistic
I will be watching, good luck mate.
Strong and steady wins the race! Sounds like you're really serious and committed to changing your body and your lifestyle.
Congrats on taking the first steps. Keep coming here for support and inspiration as you transform yourself, and one day (soon) you'll be the inspiration that will motivate other guys to transform themselves.
Cheers, mate!

Cardio was strong last night, still feeling a bit sore from Tuesdays Workout, crazy shit.
Did 30 minutes of Cardio this morning on an empty stomach. And I will be doing this again this evening.
I might be away from the PC for a few days because I am going on Holiday. If I cant grab an internet wielding PC before then I will see you guys again on the 3rd![]()

I too have gotten a bit fat and lazy! Posting your daily trials is a great idea. I think I will join you in that respect (not intentionally trying to rip off) lol. I'm coming back to the gym at about 5'5" and 220lbs. Thanks for the inspiration!
Im still here!!! And I'm back. Didnt miss a single workout nor a cardio session while on Vacation. Doing a few laps around the lake here during my lunch break and another 45 minute session of Cardio tonight. Diet is on point, and I feel great.
Impressive drive in you... Best wishes and stay strong on the diet. Seems like you have a great understanding of BB and dieting. Keep it up!!!
New thread coming soon

Don't think that I've gone anywhere! Im still at it vigoriously, intense cardio sessions mixed in with some great lifting sessions. Diet is still very much on point. Just been too damned tired to post lol. Pics coming in two weeks a before and after with 1 months progress. Looking forward to that. Haven't weighed myself because I tend to get caught up in that instead of the mirror and how clothes fit.
Feeling great and highly motivated!
wish you good luck man...its gonna be really easy for ya till you get to about 275ish...then you will really have to work.
wish you the best
Niiiice.

Don't let ppl put you down. Every one on this board will tell you once you've got your training and diet right, time does the rest. And that is where a lot of people loose faith in their goal to loose weight - they loose faith in time.
Just remember if you feel blue and like none of it is going well - if you put in your part, time will do it's part. And the proof lies in all the great bodies of the members on this forum.
Hope my insight helps simplify the seemingly complicated task of weight loss.
Thats some good weight you got there brother. I think once you eclipse the 300 pound barrier which should be in 6 months you will be even more motivated since results will be more visual I feel once you enter the 200 pound zone. But on the serious note that some serious weight, not sure of your previou training history or anything though.
Keep up the great work brother!
I'm 6'5" and 326lbs 26%BF
